If you want to take a break or grab some lunch just ski right down "Powder Run" go up to the back steps, pop off your skis and you're in the condo. (If you don't believe me, look at a trail map.)
My condo is perfect for families. The kids can sled just feet from the back door, while you watch from the condo deck. This spacious corner unit has wrap around windows with spectacular views of the forest and ski-run that other condos don't have. The extra large, wrap-around deck, sheltered by the surrounding pine trees, lends it the cozy, secluded, comfortable feel of a cabin, but all the perks of a condo; jacuzzi, sauna, gameroom(pool table, ping pong, foosball)

My clean, comfortable, cozy condo has all the amenities of home. As R.I. from California say's,"This was definitely one of the nicest ones we have been in." After a long day of skiing come home and relax in front of the fireplace, take a jacuzzi and watch one of the movies in the video library. The beds are super comfortable.
Brian Head is the perfect all season get away. Nestled high in the mountains, it is NEVER hot! I bought it to escape the Texas heat-but I hear it works just as well for Vegas or California heat. Brian Head is known nationwide as a mountain bike paradise.
ASK about Summer and Fall specials. Brian Head is gorgeous in the summer! It's always cool and fresh. It makes a perfect home base for exploring all the the beauty of Southern Utah: Cedar Breaks Natl Monument, Bryce and Zion's National Parks.
My condo has a huge wrap around deck that looks right out onto the forest. You can jump on your bike or start off on a hike right out the door.

I grew up in Salt Lake. I have spent my whole life skiing and hiking in the Utah mountains. I live in Texas now but get to Utah every chance I get....whether to beat the summer heat or to go skiing. Not much skiing in Texas.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head
Brian Head is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. I chose to get a condo here because of the beauty and also to escape the Texas heat. (Listen up all you Vegas dwellers) I chose my condo unit because it was on the corner of the building, you can jump onto the ski run. It has a HUGE deck that is surrounded by forest. So it is quite private for enjoying your morning coffee. You can even sleep out on the deck.
The other thing I LOVE about Brian Head is the night sky. It has the BEST star gazing of any place I've ever been.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Great skiing. Peace. Quiet. Total Relaxation. The kids LOVE it here.

We have stayed in this condo several times, and it has never been better. The location just off the Giant Steps chair, and the added bonus of the ski passes that are included in the price of the rental are great. The new decor, beds, and cookware make this comfortable beyond compare. We especially like how close it is to all the shops and restaurants that Brianhead has to offer. We stay in winter to ski and in the summer to mountain bike ride and fish. The owner, Valin, is always helpful and attentive to our needs, and we are recommending staying here to everyone.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was the best! We loved the location, owner "Valin" very quick to answer all my questions! Very professional owner, nice person to deal with for your vacation. When we returned straight to the condo from the slopes my husband and son loved, loved, loved that! They have never skied in/out before (I had). They were sold forever! Condo unit had everything we needed. Clean, well maintained condo. We will return!

We truly enjoyed our stay during the beginning of March. Have stayed two other times in Brianhead and were disappointed with each place, as the listing didn't tell the truth, but this one does!! Not only that, Valin was very helpful and did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Kitchen is complete and you can even fry an egg without sticking in their pans, which wasn't the case at the other places. We will return next season!!!! Hopefully new renters will be considerate to keep their place in good condition!

Beautiful condo, right on ski run. Easy ski in & ski out. Nicely furnished & well-stocked kitchen. Valin (Owner) promptly returned all emails and calls, gave "insider" tips for deals in Brian Head.

This was a perfect condo for our family. There was plently of room for our party of 8. And we got spoiled by the ski in and ski out access. It was so nice to be able to ski home for lunch and not have to drive the car or shuttle back and fourth to start and end our day. The rec room was nice for the kids and the hot tub in the rec room was especially nice after a wonderful day of skiing and boarding. The underground garage was another plus. Oh and the 2 freedom passes was excellent!!! This was a very nice condo and we will be back. Thank you Valin!!!!

Wow, I almost dont want to add a comment so we can keep this great condo (and sweetest owner) a big secret!! To be able to drive and park in a garage, ski out the side door, have a 20 person jacuzzi available and such a beautiful view was so worth the money!! We will certainly be back again and again :)
