Best Location on the entire mountain. The condo is on the ski run. You can strap on your skis right out the door and ski downhill, one minute to Giant Steps lift. For a quick hot cocoa break, just ski down "Powder Run" and you're right at the door (If you don't believe me, look at a trail map.)
This spacious corner unit has lots of windows that make for a bright, light, airy interior with spectacular views of the forest and ski-run that other condos don't have. The extra large, wrap-around deck, sheltered by the surrounding pine trees, lends it the cozy, secluded, comfortable feel of a cabin, but with condo perks.

In the summer Brian Head is perfect as a home base for exploring the World Famous, Zion's and Bryce National Parks. It is a cool retreat from the heat. Nestled high in the mountains, it is NEVER hot! I bought it to escape the Texas heat-but I hear it works just as well for Vegas or California heat. Brian Head is known nationwide as a mountain bike paradise.
