Accommodations: Cabin - 3 Bedrooms + Detached Unit - 1.5 Baths - (Sleeps 8)

Adorable cottage on Gull Lake near Grandview Lodge, Nisswa, MN - Nisswa, Minnesota Cabin Rental 2 summer cottages available May- Sep. Minimum one week rental taking both cottages but I prefer long term of 2 weeks or more. Beautiful beach and water. Boating is wonderful. Pier Pleasure 4000 lb hoist with motor and canopy available. 3 bedrooms. Master has queen, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen and single. Behind the main cabin is an adorable and very nice guest cottage called the "Bird House". It has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 plus crib. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, air conditioning, linens provided, phone, internet, lake and beach view. Master bedroom has queen and single, 2nd bedroom has double and single and 3rd bedroom has single and crib. Both cottages are very cute and nice, very clean and have beautiful flowers. Beautiful beach, dock and water. Located in a neighborhood of other private cottages. Zoning rules say I can only rent to 3 groups so I need longterm renters or rent both cottages.

Mid Jun-Mid Aug .. $2500/week (Front Cabin on the beach and lake).
Mid Jun-Mid Aug .. $1500/week (Bird  House with beach and lake view).
Prices are negotiable in May and early Jun and later Aug-Sep.
2 week minimum unless you are taking both cottages. Prefer monthly or seasonal.
Will rent for less in early summer or later in season depending on number of
people and how long you stay. Will arrange special rates for long term renters.
Looking for nice people who will treat my cottages with care.
