This 4 Bedroom/3 Full Bath (Downstairs has a 1 large room with 1 full Bath) with dark cherry cabinets, tastefully decorated with dark cherry furniture, oriental rugs, and ceramic tile, carpet, Chandelier lighting in the dining room and the entrance way. The house does have a programmable Keyless doorknob (Landlord will provide house code).
There are ceiling fans for all rooms in the house. Living Room includes: a 42 inches LCD TV,Surround system, DVD/CD player, cable Sofas, Coffee tables, 2 leather recliners, love seats, side tables, Ceiling Fan with lights. The Dining area includes: Large cherry color table with a sitting capacity of 8 people, Cherry end tables w/ Lamps, beautiful mirrors,decorations,paintings, side tables, and a chandelier lighting. Its furnished with 2 King and 2 Queen bed with 2 inch memory foam w/feather blanket. All room includes 32 inch and 20 inch LCD TV for your enjoyment. The Kitchen includes: a gas stove,stainless side by side refrigerator with water/ice on the door,and a granite counter top table that seats 4 with a small island table. All utensils and cookware are provided. If there is anything missing just ask and you will probably get it.
You can go boating (non-motorized), fishing, hiking, biking on miles of developed trails, bird watching, walking/jogging around the lake/pecan grove, play Tennis,basketball, or stay home and enjoy the large screen TV with your favorite shows and surf indoor/outdoor on the WIFI internet.
