Home is located in private community with lovely sound views and dock for fishing, crabbing, and launching small boats. Beach is never crowded, even during summer months. Highly rated golf course is nearby. Gourmet restaurants and family-style restaurants are close-by. This is definitely a family-style vacation place. Beach items are close-by.It's a new house, first year to rent.it's on the sound side.
Spring, summer, and fall are beautiful. Golf can be played year round. Gas fireplace provides warmth on cool evenings. Winter is generally warm with alternating cold and warm days.
