Come and relax in this beautiful 3 story colonial style luxury home. This home is completely brand new and was built in 2007, and has many wonderful things to offer. This true lakefront home is in the heart of the Poconos with everything you will need for an ultimate vacation and it's all right by your side. This is an all season 3600sqft home that is ideal for any type of gathering, and especially great for family reunions, social events, college reunions, intimate getaways, or maybe just a great family vacation with just your kids. This is the type of home that you call a home away from home.
The first floor of the house has 2 living rooms, an over sized dining room which has an extremely comfortable dining set and all of that overlooks the lake. There is a beautiful island kitchen and a deck which brings to you the beauty of being around nature. Have a seat and relax on the patio set, or have a BBQ on the deck and entertain your friends or family while listening to the calmness of the lake or the birds chirping in the sunshine. You have a choice of 2 BBQ's either gas or charcoal.
The basement offers you some entertainment. There's a pool table, a lounge area and a treadmill which all overlooks the lake. You can also go out on the second deck which comes out to the lake from the basement.
The 3rd floor has 4 big bedrooms with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom and 3 queen-size beds. The living rooms also have 2 pull out queen-size sofa beds. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house which all have showers and one of those bathrooms is in the master bedroom.
The house has a circular driveway for multiple cars and easy access when parking. The communal pool and beach area is located on the same block one house down. This block is very quiet because there is no thru traffic on the street. If you enjoy the lake rather than the pool then you have that in your own privacy. If you like to fish fishing is fantastic, you can use the new 14ft aluminum rowboat and we even include an electric motor for easy and pleasant access around the lake. So come and stay in our home and we will try to accommodate your ultimate vacation as best as we can.
There is a charcoal grill and a gas grill on the upper deck. New patio furniture which is great for entertaining. Completely new kitchen tools and appliances. New beds, mattresses, dining room table which is over sized, microwave, toaster, blender all necessary dishes for entertaining. We provide sheets, towels, toilet paper,
paper towels and all basic toiletries. There is also a Coffee maker, beautiful dishes, satellite TV, DVD, DVR, CD player, high speed wireless internet abailable for your use, microwave, dishwasher, pool table, treadmill, washer/dryer, telephone, cooking utensils, toaster, brand new 14ft aluminum rowboat with electric motor, private dock,and 8 badges to use in all of the communities activities are included at no extra charge.
There are many activities in the Poconos. All major ski areas are 15-20min away. The most hottest attractions like Camelback Ski Mountain, Camelback Play Park, The Crossings Outlet center, Poconos NASCAR racing, Tobyhanna State Park, Pocono Brewing Company. There are also many great water activities to enjoy like water skiing, tubing, jet ski rentals, sailing, fishing, cross country skiing, hiking, wildlife viewing, antiquing, restaurants, petting zoo, canoeing, kayaking, snowmobiling. Almost any type of activity to suit everyone.

Our Stay here was absolutely fantastic. If you think that the pictures on the website and the album the owner sends are beautiful wait until you actually come and see it for yourself, the house, area, property, and surroundings are absolutely beautiful which you can't even put it into words. It is quiet, romantic, peaceful, and just a beautiful site to see and a great place to spend your vacation. The owners must have thought of every little detail from the minute you recieve the information for the house to the actual directions and information is very well prepared before you come to the house. When you arrive you are breathe taken by the views and the details that the owners had put into this house. From the wireless internet to the television, they have all the premium channels even the movie channels which I have rented a lot of houses and usually you have the basic package and that is all. The ambiance is great we spent 7 glorious days here. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet remote relaxing place with all the ammenities right at your finger tips. The house even had a pool table the basement was gorgeous there was a nice lounge area there by the pool table with the t.v. overlooking the lake and more room then we can ask for the house is very big and beautiful, thank you so much we don't have enough words to express our emotions here on how organized and beautiful our vacation was. We got to see lots of deer which added to the ambience, they visited us a few times a deer family with there little babies was a beautiful site which you don't get to see much. If you have a chance to go don't even think twice and do it, this is the best place to be. We will be back very soon.

We have stayed at this property the last two years (during summer) and its very nice house. They take pets which is great (and hard to find in the poconos) and has lots of amenties. The rowboat is nice to take out on the lake. The deck is also nice to sit on or fish. Can park a few cars in the driveway and are close to shopping and other sites. Kitchen is well stocked, has big dining table to eat at plus patio furniture on the deck to eat outside. They also provide sheets which is great so you don't have to pack them (another thing somewhat hard to find in the poconos).

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. Since we don't get to go away that often and work very hard we really needed the peace and quiet that this area provided us but yet with the ability of many things to do outside of the house for fun. This house is great and it is the best we have ever stayed in. The house was extremely clean and had everything that you would need for a great vacation. we were in dire need this time for peace and quite. We rent homes at least once a year and this house really made it, we won't be looking for another place to rent, because this home made it since it was far above the best one we've ever had the privilege of renting. Thank you for providing such a beautifully well maintained home. I only hope you have availability for our next vacation since we tried to rent your house twice and it was booked already on the days which we needed. Thank you again and we will be back very soon, as soon as we are able to get away from our hectic schedules!

My family stayed here for a whole week in July and had a wonderful stay. The property looks exactly like the pictures and the owner is very nice and very prompt in answering any questions you may have. The house is stocked with everything. We cooked all of our meals in this property and had everything we needed...pots and pans, dishes, utenciles. The house backs up to the lake and we swam at the dock and one house over is the pool, beach, and paddle boats. We enjoyed the boat that is also included in this rental! We used the tennis courts and playground in the community and had a blast. The house is huge with two living rooms, four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a huge basement with a pool table. We enjoyed eating our meals on the upper deck while sourrounded with the beauty of the lake, trees and cool breezes. The home is close to everything. We enjoyed bushkill falls, Jim Thorpe, the outdoor swapmeet and the Casino theater on route 611 (which has great ice cream and burgers) This house is close to Shop Rite, Walmart, Kmart and other shopping. The house has four tv's with lots of movies and board games to enjoy. The owner provided lots of information on the area. The home is very clean and spacious...we loved it and had a great Pocono vacation. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a friendly, clean, large, and beautiful property right on the lake. My children enjoyed themselves very much and can't wait to go back!
