Come and stay in this peaceful home along the beautiful North Shore, just a short walk to the Lake Walk Trail that rolls you along our incredible Lake Superior's North shoreline. Swim, explore or sit and absorb some of the power that this Great Lake radiates. Sleep eat and play at this awesome house - sleeps up to 10. Dog's and their good people are welcome. There's an out door hot tub and a Gas Grill scattered around 3 Decks with view of Lake Superior. Location ideal for every visit or event. Ten minutes by car or bike to Canal Park and Downtown or go east along London Rd to Glensheen,the wonderful Lakeside/Lester Park neighborhoods and on to Brighton Beach, Two Harbors or beyond. You cannot go wrong from here. Peace Harbor is appropriately named. Bring your bikes or your walking shoes and venture out to an amazingly quaint and lush area right in our back yard.
The Nitty Gritties: A paypal payment or cleared personal check is what it takes to reserve. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 yrs of age. Guests are responsible for any damages and/or excess cleaning, other than normal use. A one day's rent deposit is due at the time of booking, along with the rental fee. An extra $50 pet stay charge is non-refundable. Your requested time slot is reserved with your full prepayment and deposit. Arrival time not before noon unless pre-arranged, and departure time by 2:00 p.m.
If you cancel your reservation three weeks or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be no fee with the exception of Grandma's & the Inline Marathons, Bayfront Blues Festival and Fourth of July weekends. No refunds for those three weekends and rental rates are higher. Any cancellation other than the exceptions, less than three weeks will be charged a $300 fee unless we can re-rent your time slot. And we will do our best to make that happen.
You will love it here in Duluth and you will love staying at this house. Kick back and enjoy the view and don't forget to look up during a clear starlit night. Have your morning coffee in the dining room or on the deck just outside the dining room door to watch the sun rise, or later, see it set in spectacular colors Enjoy this Great Lake from the house or from the rocky shore. Watch the amazing thousand footers, and other boats and ships come floating by in both directions. If your not into that: Direct TV is also available. Inclusive housing, gentle peaceful people and dogs are welcome.

- Friendly but aloof household cat, needs no attention from you. Back yard fire pit. Three decks. Short access to the Rocky North Shore of Lake Superior. Ten minutes to Canal Park and Downtown via the Lake Walk by bicycle or the Freeway by car.

Rate Details (In US Dollars, Canadian)
$250/nt for up to 4 people, $50/person/nt beyond 4.
Saturday-Saturday or any 8 nt .. $1750 for up to 4 people.
$250 fully refundable deposit along with full rental payment reserves.
Dogs are welcome, no cats, with an additional $50.00 non-refundable charge.
