This wonderful non-smoking home, with its easy beach and pool access, was designed to accommodate 5 couples or 3 to 4 families with children. There are 4 full size bedrooms each with an attached bath. There is also a private bunkroom and a tower sleeping area. There are 6 furnished porches all with amazing views.
One of the two community pools is directly across the street. The beach path is adjacent to the home’s drive. Only three lots separate this home from the beach.
The kitchen, living and dining area are located on the first floor along with a half bath and a master bedroom (king bed) with private bathroom. The second floor includes three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, an office, a bunk room and a laundry closet. Two of the second floor bedrooms have king beds and two person tubs. The third bedroom has two extra long twin beds which can be converted to king bed if desired. The large third floor tower has a TV viewing area, sleeping area (queen bed and bunk bed), a wet bar and a raised viewing deck.
TV’s and DVD players are located in both entertainment areas and all bedrooms. There is an IPOD docking station to allow your music selection to be played both inside and outside. Both wireless and wired internet accesses are provided. Bring your laptop and connect to the internet.
This home is located on South Ryan Street in Summer’s Edge, a family oriented beachside community located on the south side of scenic 30-A, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. It is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities. There are 19 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Of course, you can always enjoy the miles of unspoiled beaches or one of two neighborhood pools.
