Enjoy this beautiful top floor condo, offering optimum views of the Sun Ridge Recreation Center (right across the street from our condo). It offers a heated 4,000 square foot community pool with a separate whirlpool w/ waterfall, picnic area, game room, fitness facility with lockers, a kids Splash Zone and playground, 5 Har Tru tennis courts, a basketball court and soccer field! We even provide the football, basketball and soccer balls! Grab the 2 beach chairs and/or sand toys from our closet and hop on the air-conditioned BEACH SHUTTLE to Fenwick (runs hourly Memorial Day to Labor Day)! For the kids or kid at heart, don't forget to take a free ride on Bayside's new 36' classic carousel. It holds 38 adults and 30 children; open now thru November 2011! It's right next to the new playground area!
Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City Beaches are nearby to experience their shopping outlets, local restaurants and additional entertainment. Have a picnic or dine in at our fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, deluxe cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Grocery shop at Harris Teeter's new 52,000 square foot upscale store at Bayside, now open 24 hours! It offers all the essentials, a Starbucks Coffee inside and much more! An Irish Pub and Ice Cream shop have also recently opened their doors right within the Bayside Complex!
Complete with five ceiling fans, all new furnishings, new hardwood floors, carpeting and a lovely screened-in porch... this is the place for you! Both master suites have custom closets, fully tiled bathrooms and pool views.
The first suite has a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, TV with DVD player.
The second offers a tropical flair with two queen beds, a TV with a DVD/VCR player, a morning kitchen with cabinets, dishes, glasses, silverware, a coffee pot, microwave, beverage center refrigerator, sink and faucet and a table which seats four to play cards or enjoy a meal. The bathroom has two sinks and an oversized shower. It also has a lock-out option and separate entrance. The den is a perfect sitting room with a 37" plasma TV and pool views. It can easily be converted into another bedroom with its full-sized pull-out couch and french doors for privacy.
The third bedroom has a TV with DVD, dresser and closet with plenty of storage, two bunk beds- a twin over twin and a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a hallway bath with a shower/tub. In the open dining and family rooms, enjoy a meal at the table for eight, relax in the cozy sectional or utilize the twin pull-out chair. Listen to music with the Home Theater System or watch your favorite movies on the 42" LCD television. Be sure hang out and enjoy the views on the screened-in porch or warm up near the marble accented gas fireplace for those chilly winter visits! For your viewing pleasure, we have a wide variety of movies for all ages to enjoy!

We are an active family of five who enjoy our occational getaways to the Bayside Resort Community located in Fenwick Island, DE. My husband and I are very involved in our local non-profit organizations in Lancaster, such as Rotary, the Junior League of Lancaster, local Brownie leader, the local schools, PTO and our church. We are huge Penn State and Philadelphia Phillies fans. Our three children- ages 9, 8 and 5 are extremely involved in a variety of sports and travel teams, from soccer, dance, basketball, baseball to golf, so we cherish the moments away here at Bayside when we are not on the go. Bayside provides us the perfect balance of fun and sun that is close to the beach. With all its wonderful amenities, we feel it's the "Perfect Vacation Getaway for All".

My family stayed at this condo last summer and we couldn't have been more pleased. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and close to so many activities. One of the pools in Bayside is right across the street and my kids just loved it on the days we didn't go to the beach. The modern kitchen is stocked full of dishes, utensils, and cookware and we were able to eat meals there when we wanted to. It even has a crab pot for cooking which we used when the kids caught some crabs from the bay! There is a nice, upscale grocery store nearby for convenience.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay at your Bayside condo could not have been better! What a wonderful getaway - it is even more beautiful in person than pictured, and your attention to all the details for comfort was so appreciated. The well-equipped kitchen made it fun to stay in and cook and to enjoy the glorious sunsets while eating dinner on the balcony. We are definitely planning a return visit - a great location, fantastic amenities, challenging golf course - perfect!

I stayed here a few months ago for a girl's weekend. It was absolutely beautiful! The home was just newly and tastefully painted. Everything is brand new and very spacious. Huge bathrooms and closets! It is also decorated beautifully. The location is very nice ( right across from the pool/activities center). I would definately stay here again!

This was our second visit to this condo at Bayside. The condo is gorgeous -- beautiful furnishings, spotless and very well-equipped. It is also very spacious. We had four adults and six children and had plenty of room. The kids all loved having a sleepover in the "kids room". The condo has a wonderful screened-in porch. The recreation center (pool, tennis, fitness center, playground) is directly across from the condo which makes it especially convenient for those with small children. I would highly recommend this property.

We love your new home- all of your selections are perfect! The community is wonderful. We played tennis yesterday. Ben and the kids also fit a workout in at the gym. The weather is gorgeous!
