Very quiet established neighborhood. Just minutes from Summerlin master planned community. There are golf, theaters, fine dining, shopping, gaming, Darling sports parks, dog park and specialized grocery shopping all within 5 minutes. Other activities are auto racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, gaming and sightseeing at the famous Las Vegas strip and attending some of the largest conventions and trade shows in the US at Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Convention Center and Mandalay Bay Convention Center, all within a 20 minute drive. Our family spent Christmas 2011 here. The listing was accurate. It would be helpful to know the two bathrooms were in two of the bedrooms (no common area bathroom). It was not a problem though. The house is not as well equipped as some other VBRO rentals, but I think it is always a function of the previous renter(s) and/or cleaners. A lot of activities/places close for gambling/night life. A good amount of attractions for family day trips (red rocks, valley of fire, hoover dam, lake mead park, etc.). A lot of shopping and good eating places close also. I would recommend this property to prospective renters with 6-8 people.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great stay. The location was great, the amenities just what we needed. The rooms were spacious, we were not in each others way. My family came from back east and we had 3 children with us, one 2 years old. The yard was just big enough for her to play ball and blow bubbles! The kitchen was fantastic, my sister cooked enough to feed 80 people, not 8! I will definitely use this residence again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Together with my sister's family, we stayed here for three days. The neighborhood is very quite and the house is very comfortable. The owner is very thoughtful and provided everything we need. I would highly recommend this property.

We spent Christmas here with our small artificial tree. We had a nice time in this pretty house. Our bassett hound, Jules, made herself at home immediately and even left her rawhide bone in the backyard for the next canine visitor. Nice place. Thank you. In town for our son's wedding. Your house had everything we needed (minus food, but the breakfast buffet at Red Rock is unbeatable).and was so comfortable for everyone, children and both sets of grandparents. Conveniently located to the church and reception. Now that we are leaving we know our way around to the airport, Strip, etc. We would definetly like to stay here again, especially now that our son lives here. Thanks for everything. This is the second stay here. We are always happy when we stay here. Our babies (dogs) are very happy with the yard and the house. We feel relaxed here, we can take our babies with us so we don't worry. We will stay here again, every time we bring our whole family. Thanks again.
