Very quiet established neighborhood. Just minutes from Summerlin master planned community. There are golf, theaters, fine dining, shopping, gaming, Darling sports parks, dog park and specialized grocery shopping all within 5 minutes. Other activities are auto racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, gaming and sightseeing at the famous Las Vegas strip and attending some of the largest conventions and trade shows in the US at Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Convention Center and Mandalay Bay Convention Center, all within a 20 minute drive. Hiking, camping, skiing and picnicking at Mount Charleston. Fishing, scuba diving, swimming, and jet skiing at Lake Mead all within a 45 minute drive. Just off the Summerlin Parkway, this house has easy access to I-95, I-15 and I-215 freeways, which makes it easy to get anywhere in or out of town.

Your house provided the perfect place for us. My husband was able to leave the dogs in the yard while he visited me at Centennial Hospital, and then it provided a rest stop for me after I was discharged. Perfectly quiet, great location, dog park at Spring Mountain and Durango south. and the hospital on Durango north. My surgery went well and I believe the days spent at your house has helped with my recuperation. Thanks again for the lovely stay.
