A great house with access to local amenities, perfect for my needs. I am a recreational rock climber, so I'm used to life being rough. But when I come to Vegas to climb at Red Rocks, I want a comfortable place to complement my climbing days. 233 Logansberry had enough beds, showers, living space for me and my friends to crash after long days out on the rocks. Given its proximity to 215, the house was ideal for getting around Vegas too. The only drawback I'd note is the limited kitchen amenities and appliances. Not to say that the kitchen can't suit most people, but given that me and my friends ate every meal in the house, we were hoping for larger sauce pans, baking glassware, and a better stocked supply of plates, bowls, spoons, and cups. We had to do double duty on dishes to keep up with the limited stock of pots, pans, and dishes; clearly the house isn't equipped for meals cooked for 8+ people. Otherwise, a great place suited to my needs. Thanks Logansberry!

Our stay was from January 15 to March 15, 2012. The property was exactly as advertised and was ready for us by about 1 PM on the first day. Supplies that are handy to have upon arrival were there, e.g., toilet paper, various soaps, paper towels, etc. Property was clean and in good repair. The electronic door lock was very handy. Will stay again if I need that much space.

Christmas In Summerlin

Our family spent Christmas 2011 here. The listing was accurate. It would be helpful to know the two bathrooms were in two of the bedrooms (no common area bathroom). It was not a problem though. The house is not as well equipped as some other VBRO rentals, but I think it is always a function of the previous renter(s) and/or cleaners. A lot of activities/places close for gambling/night life. A good amount of attractions for family day trips (red rocks, valley of fire, hoover dam, lake mead park, etc.). A lot of shopping and good eating places close also. I would recommend this property to prospective renters with 6-8 people.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great stay. The location was great, the amenities just what we needed. The rooms were spacious, we were not in each others way. My family came from back east and we had 3 children with us, one 2 years old. The yard was just big enough for her to play ball and blow bubbles! The kitchen was fantastic, my sister cooked enough to feed 80 people, not 8! I will definitely use this residence again.

We traveled to Las Vegas with another couple to see the NASCAR race and stayed at this lovely house. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house has everything you could need. There was no need to "fight" over who got the bedroom with a connected bathroom....two of them had it. The grill on the back patio was great and there was plenty of room when we had family over. Backyard was perfect for our dog. We are definitely planning on staying again!

Together with my sister's family, we stayed here for three days. The neighborhood is very quite and the house is very comfortable. The owner is very thoughtful and provided everything we need. I would highly recommend this property.

We spent Christmas here with our small artificial tree. We had a nice time in this pretty house. Our bassett hound, Jules, made herself at home immediately and even left her rawhide bone in the backyard for the next canine visitor. Nice place. Thank you. In town for our son's wedding. Your house had everything we needed (minus food, but the breakfast buffet at Red Rock is unbeatable).and was so comfortable for everyone, children and both sets of grandparents. Conveniently located to the church and reception. Now that we are leaving we know our way around to the airport, Strip, etc. We would definetly like to stay here again, especially now that our son lives here. Thanks for everything. Your house provided the perfect place for us. My husband was able to leave the dogs in the yard while he visited me at Centennial Hospital, and then it provided a rest stop for me after I was discharged. Perfectly quiet, great location, dog park at Spring Mountain and Durango south. and the hospital on Durango north. My surgery went well and I believe the days spent at your house has helped with my recuperation. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

We found this property very comfortable and actually nicer than the photo. It was a very quiet neighborhood and our dog Lucy loved the yard. We were visiting to celebrate our grandsons' first birthday and liked having a place that was close, but was our 'own'. Since it was just two of us, it didn't matter that you need to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom, but if a group is staying, this might be a concern. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

I had a great stay in your comfortable home. It's clean and nicely appointed. Best of all it was quiet and close to all the urban conveniences one could want. We stayed at this lovely property this past weekend (3/13-16) and it was wonderful. I was in town for my daughter's softball tournament we had a total of six and there was plenty of room for everyone. All the amenities were great and the convenience of a washer and dryer as well as internet hookup was great. The pictures on the web really don't do the property justice. It is a lot nicer. The next time in Vegas that I don't need to be on the strip I will definitely stay here again. The owner was very nice and a real pleasure to do business with. I will recommend this property to anyone going to Vegas.

The house was nice & served us well. Looks were a little deceiving when we first drove up, but you have done a very nice job inside. The location was great for our event, anything closer would have been out of our price range.The kitchen could have used a few moe items: pitcher, serving bowl and wine opener. We found you have very friendly neighbors that are willing to share.
