These luxury air conditioned villas are set in landscaped idylic tropical gardens, and are the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use it as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida. There is everything you need on resort and its surrounding area facilities.
It has an internal oversize garage with automatic door, so you can drive into and out of the villa without getting out of your car. This is extra security.
There are two large bedrooms, the master having a Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, TV, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai/sun lounge so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
There is a central atrium to allow natural daylight into the living area. The kitchen and bathrooms ahve been upgraded from standard units and look great.
A utility area have washing machine and dryer, and lots of storage space.
The living room floor has just been newly covered and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. The whole villa has be repainted and new flooring laid. Cable TV, DVD PLAYER, AND ipod Dock.
The villas are in quiet cul de sacs, and have just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
These are private owned and private rented villas and we think the best value available. Now 4 available, close by each other for large groups.

Just a few mins drive from Siesta Key beach, and walking distance to shopping at Sarasota Westfield Square Mall. Its safe and friendly. The gardens are beautiful and our villas are some of the nicest on resort.

Hi Eddie and Wendy! This is the first chance I've had to sit and e- mail you since we came back. We had an absolutely amazing time at Siesta Key. The villa was really lovely and very central for the beach, shopping, eating out and travelling around. It was very peaceful, clean and all the instructions were clear and easy to manage. The pool was brilliant, much to the delight of the kids, and being so close to all other amenities also gave us lots to be getting on with. The boys went to see Tampa Bay Rays at the Tropicana Stadium and we went to a local game too. We visited lots of beautiful beaches, Sieasta Key was my favourite!! We went to the cinema, ate at Boston's and Ruby Tuesdays. The weather was amazing too, it was sunny every day! We travelled up to Madeira Beach after we left the villa for a week, it was great too!We also took in Busch gardens,Universal,Sea World and Aquatica...Fabulous!! We will recommend your villa to others, Timberwoods is a lovely resort. Thankyou for all your assistance in making our family holiday this year in Florida a BLAST!!!!
