Condo Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful 1100 sq. ft., 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with one of the best panoramic views in Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the fantastic Vallarta sunsets. Located in Conchas Chinas (the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta), five minutes from Playa de los Muertos-Blue Chairs/Zona Romantica/Old Town. Also walking distance to Conchas Chinas Beach and Playa Las Estacas. Convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Restaurants, shopping, Cathederal, Movie Theater and Malecon within a 5 minute drive.

It features 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 people). All rooms have panoramic and unobstructed views of the Bahia de Banderas. You can see the ocean, Los Arcos, Punta de Mita, Las Marietas and the green jungle mountains from the condo. The condo has a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen - all the comforts of home (coffee maker, microwave, purified water, patio and washer/dryer in unit). There is a great solar heated pool that also has fantastic views from the pool deck area.

                I have been to Puerto Vallarta 4 years in a row, so I knew exactly where I wanted to be. The location of this unit is wonderful. It is just far enough out of town to be completely relaxing but still be within a short commute to all the fantastic restaurants, beaches, and nightlife PV has to offer. The unit itself has wonderful amenities along with panoramic views from every room. The pool deck and barbecue are not to be missed either. My husband and I enjoyed this unit immensely and hope to return on our next visit to PV.

                Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

                Visited PV and stayed at the Punta Esmeralda condo. The unit had spectacular views all around. A small terrace outside the unit with a table made it a perfect spot for watching sunsets or simply having coffee in the morning.The unit was pleasantly furnished exceeding the amenities you would ever need. The two bedrooms had nice panoramic windows and views. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels plentiful and high quality. The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit made it for a perfect stay. TV’s were plentiful (did not watch) and a stereo system with a great selection of CD’s was available. Parking is on the same level which is convenient if you are planning on shopping and staying in. Playa de los Muertos is a nice walk (downhill) and not far. On your way home you may want to grab a taxi (only a few dollars) for the uphill return.Would definitely recommend this unit and will come back soon.

              About the owner: Ken, Alex & Gayle. We all reside in Scottsdale Arizona.

              Why the Owner Chose South Zone:
              Ken started visiting Puerto Vallarta in 1986 (wow have things changed). Love the people, culture, charm and the whimsical feeling of Puerto Vallarta. In 1992 I moved to Puerto Vallarta for about and year and owned and operated El Cafe Santa Fe with Alex. Gayle's first trip to Puerto Vallarta in July of 2007. In Oct 2007, we purchased our home at Condominio Punta Esmeralda. One day, we would love to spend A LOT more time than we do today here.

              The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
              All the comforts of home, FANTASTIC views of the ocean, sunsets. Love being close to everything but not in the middel of it all. The condo is located in a serene residential neighborhood in Upper Conchas Chinas. It is quiet here. You can hear the waves crash on the rocks, as well an Ira the Iguana walking by while on the pool deck occassionaly.
