Large, 1700 square foot condominium in small, quiet complex, directly across the street from the beach, as are most condominiums on the Mississippi Coast. Fully-furnished interior is both comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cable TV and DVD/VCR in both the living room (downstairs) and the master bedroom (upstairs). Access to both a pool and a tennis court on complex grounds. NO public grill facilities available, but you may bring your own. Pets are NOT allowed in this unit. NO smoking inside of this unit.

You have four spacious private decks to use, all with views of the water, upon the supplied patio furniture (tables and chairs)! This is a private two-story, end-unit condominium. No one above you, nor below you, you walk out of the unit to your car, so only one adjoining permanent residence sharing the entry porch.

In either direction, New Orleans (west) and Mobile (east) are less than one hour away or the Biloxi/Gulfport (east) and Bay St. Louis (west) casinos are just minutes away. Also, less than 1-mile west of the new WalMart SuperCenter.
