Located directly on the beach in the quaint but famous water sport town of Cabarete. Our brand new 1,300 square foot unit is finished with mahogany doors and closets,granite counter tops, coral stone wainscoting,imported porcelain tiles and a spectacular vaulted ceiling. The condo features an 18 foot sliding glass pocket door system that opens the unit up to the dramatic sights and sounds of the Ocean. The condo includes air conditioners in all bedrooms and kitchens include a top-grade stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The condo complex also features a state of the art Infinity Pool and Hot Tub that gives you a view of the Ocean while swimming in the pool. Enjoy the private beach directly in front of the unit or head to town 1km away and enjoy a full service beach experience where you will find chairs, umbrellas, windsurfers, sailboats, kayaks and waters edge food and beverage service.
Cabarete has a number of great restaurants. If dining in is more your style, we can arrange for a cook at a cost of $15 per day plus food to prepare local Dominican Cuisine to be enjoyed indoor or outside on our Lanai complete with Ocean views.
The other advantage we offer for larger groups is that we have a second unit next door to rent as well. The two condo set up is really ideal if you have good travel companions.

- Cabarete is the Kiteboarding and Windsurfing Capitol of the Caribbean. There is also a brand new Casino 1km from the condo. There is a horse riding service nearby that will bring the horses right onto the beach in front of the condo.
