Location: Oquossoc, Rangeley Lake, Mountains & Lakes, Maine, USA (0.8 miles to Oquossoc village, 9 miles to Rangeley.)

The cabin was built in 2006. Located just a few feet from the lake,it has everything one would need to enjoy a stay in the Rangeley Lakes area. The first floor consists of a living area with a gas viewing stove and large windows with window seats that open out towards the lake. There is a deck on the rear with a gas grill and table. 2 Kayaks and a canoe are available. There are 2 built in single beds in the loft and a double. We advise that the house is better suited to small families or 2 couples as the cabin is very comfortable but not suitable for large parties, or parties with toddlers or babies that could get hurt on the spiral staircase. We are within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. The kitchen is fully equipped, bath has shower only, no tub.
A mooring is available for your boat, trailer storage can be arranged at no cost. Boating/skiing/snowmobiling/ swimming/hunting/fishing/hiking/wildlife viewing is what this area is all about. Snowmobile from your door, swim or sunbathe by the lake, keep the boat handy, what ever your choice, you'll find our cabin clean, comfortable, well stocked and a good value for your money.
Also, there are two other adjoining rental properties. A main house that is an upscale vacation home. It has a king (with fireplace, big screen and balcony over looking lake) 2nd bedroom has a queen,whirlpool tub in full bath, +1/2 bath, gourmet kitchen 3 gas fireplaces and 2 big screen T.V's., the other camp is two bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 bunks (1 set), 1 futon in den, 1 bath. These properties can be rented separate or together if enough notice is given, in any combination. Perfect for a family reunion, all camps are waterfront. Can sleep 16 in total.

- Deck/Patio: Deck with table 6 chairs, away from the lake side where it is sheltered from the wind. Dining lakeside is preferable if weather permits.

- Lakefront: Property is 75 feet from waters edge. Listen to the loons on a summer night, take a dip before bed, snowmobile from your door.
- Mountain View: Mountains surround Rangeley Lake and are visible from the lake front.

- Other Amenities
- Free use of on site kayaks (2) and canoe when available (usually they are waiting for a paddler. Lake frontage provides an opportunity for x- country skiing or snowmobiling from the door. Swimming is excellent as well as fishing and boating.
- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: We have 2 very friendly,docile, Bichons, Jack and Bear on the property, we love dogs and permit dogs as long as they are non aggressive. We will restrain our pets if they are not part of your vacation plans.
- Not Suitable for Children: Spiral staircase to loft area, OK for older children or teens. We are concerned for the safety of small children regarding these stairs.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Renters must be 21 or older.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Outdoor receptacles are provided.

Rates .. $125-$150/night .. $850-$1000/week
Peek seasons are Memorial Day weekend-Columbus weekend,
as well as Christmas Vacation week through March 31.
Lower rates for long term winter and spring rental will be
considered. 2 night minimum during off peak, 1 week minimum last week of June
through Columbus Day. 3 night minimum on holiday
weekends during all other months. Adjoining properties available for large parties
