Property is completely fenced with an automatic gate for security and privacy. Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles or two with trailers. Street parking in front of home with electric available can accommodate any size RV. Front park like yard is relaxing and a great place to enjoy a meal outside or BBQ on the grill. Pool and hot tub are private and snuggled between main house and the pool/guest house. Great property for FAMILIES VACATIONING, LARGE GROUPS, WEDDINGS, REUNIONS, FAMILY HOLIDAY GET-TOGETHERS, CORPORATE PARTIES and more. Over 2500 Sq ft in Main house plus guest/pool house and almost one half of an acre with patios and full landscaping! Quick and easy access to freeway and Westside. Only 2-3 blocks from Paseo Del Norte and the Railrunner Train Depot. Interior of home is rustic and relaxing with either solid wood or exposed adobe walls. 3 clearstories allow natural light inside and numerous plants and flowers are blooming year round inside the home. Guest house has a queen bed, full/mini kitchen and a full bath. Back patio is full concrete and great for entertaining and has patio furniture. Dog run is off back of house with dog door into laundry room so Fido has his room too!
