15% off ($105-$125/night) October thru April (except holidays)
$175/night Christmas-New Year period
Rates based on double occupancy (add $5/night for each additional 2 persons)
Add $75 Cleaning fee per stay ... Deduct $100 for 7 night stay

Thanks Karen! The picture you sent was of a red fox - not a coyote. Anyway, foxes and coyotes are not a threat to humans but they can be a nuisance.
