Love this condo!! Spacious, beautifully decorated and a great layout. All the rooms are large (the largest kitchen we've had in a rental) and the closets in the bedrooms are spacious enough for all your clothes and your luggage with lots of space left over. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer and even a laundry sink where you can wash off the sand. The key pad is great because you don't have to worry about who has the key. We wanted to just move in and stay. The owners are so easy to work with and we thank them so much for letting us rent this beautiful condo. The layout is wonderful with an open floor plan and no long narrow hallways like most rentals. You will love this condo. Oops, I almost forgot about the huge wraparound balcony and the fantastic ocean view. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Rocky and Patti's condo was outstanding. The condo is well furnished and extremely clean...we couldn't have asked for anything better! In addition to an amazingly clean and comfortable condo, Rocky and Patti are wonderful to work with. I am recommending this unit to everyone that wants to listen!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is a beautiful place, and we loved the way it was decorated in all the rooms. The pictures on the walls were awesome also! My wife and I have been going to Myrtle Beach for close to 30 years, about 20 of them in Kingston. This place (and tastes) lead the way, and its not close :)). Rocky and Patty are wonderful people and easy to deal with. Can't wait to rent again!

This was our second time renting Rocky and Patti's Condo and we just love it! As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were at home. The condo is so clean and fresh and spacious. It has everything you could possibly need and the decor is just beautiful. We had many wonderful meals on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We also love the pier being right beside the building, had alot of fun on there as well. We love the location of the plantation, very convenient to Walmart for groceries and all the other main attractions and restaurants. The plantation is very well maintained and we like the level of security there. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite and helpful. Thank you Rocky and Patti for sharing your condo with us, we look forward to renting again in the future.

The place is amazing and addictive. We always wanting to come back, we feel the same way, Everything is here for us, fully stocked, very fresh and clean as well and the little decorations are great, the view is just like oceanfront too not a difference at all, balcony is huge, and the elevator is super fast nice easy access to covered garage, big walk in closet and nice comfortable bed, great tvs for watching the basketball games and movies as well, it was top notch like you said, Otherwise, definitely will be coming back here again in the future, ps this is one of the best kept secrets on myrtle beach because we have stayed at so many different places, but nothing compares to this

We loved the condo. It was gorgeously decorated and well equipped with everything you might need. Huge wrap around balcony and oceanview. We were in Myrtle Beach for a family reunion and none of the other places our extended family had rented came close to being as nice. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I must say this was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. The view was amazing!!! Not to mention the balcony was HUGE. We have Hilton Condominum Time shares and this condo is exactly on par with the Hilton Condos. We would go back in a heart beat! Thanks Patti and Rocky for sharing such a wonderful condo with us....we felt like we were at home.

I looked for DAYS for the best condo. After contacting Rocky and Patty and talking on the phone, I knew we had made the right choice. We were thrilled when we arrived! The condo was outstanding in every way. The decor is beautiful and classy, everyone had their own space, and the location was perfect. Many other properties in the area are of college spring break quality, and we would have been very disappointed with anything else that I saw advertised. VRBO is a great site, and Rocky and Patty were fantastic hosts! We even emailed back and forth during our vacation, and it felt as if we had become friends. Don't hesitate on this one!

There are condos and then there is THIS condo. It was more than comfortable, it was luxurious and will exceed the most discriminating taste. We were unsure about "renting" a condo, but this will be the place we come back to many times. The location is center to everything and the owners were easy to deal with before and after the transaction.
