  This home is grossly misrepresented. The photos of the home were taken when the home was new and do not represent the current condition. Exterior entry Paint peeling, sagging from the house Railing peeling, rusty, unsafe pool area: Railing is peeling paint, rusty and unsafe Light fixture covers missing Paint is mismatched and peeling from exterior walls Recessed lighting is falling from the ceilings Sinks in the bar area worn, broken and disgusting Patio furniture old, broken with exposed rusty screws Patio cushions are moldy, ripping, torn, stained Exposed extension cords in wet areas Holes in walls Rusty screens Moldy smell Missing and broken tile Broken railing to beach Lack of beach towels Beach Towels old, stained and ripped Garbage stacked on the stairs bedrooms Bedroom by the outdoor bar very moldy Old, broken furniture Stained pillows and bedding a/C worked marginally Doors don't close correctly (bathroom/exterior) bathrooms Broken counter tops (filled with silicone) Broken sinks (filled with silicone) Fixtures worn and not secured to counter top Dirty, empty planters in master Jacuzzi tub area Old, worn bedding Not sufficient bath or hand towels Bath towels torn, stained and in terrible condition Shower head broken kitchen Stove missing nobs Sink worn through porcelain, showing black spots Fixture old and broken Toasters burnt, old and disgusting The two ice trays are broken Drawers broken and sheet rock screwed together Old glasses, utencils, knives and pots living room Torn chair (seat falling out and cushion torn) Torn and worn leather sectional Stairs with residue from anti skid Paint peeling from walls Holes in walls Doors don't close correctly Chipped and broke coffee table Lamps with no bulbs technology and comforts air conditioning woks marginally air Conditioning remotes missing We had weak/no internet signal missing items No ice maker, fax machine or computer as listed Hot tub does not work at all buyer beware

  We stayed there aug. 10th thru aug. 18th 2012 and of the 9 of us none of us wanted to leave. The staff really spoiled us making us wonderful meals and kept the house really nice our entire trip. The beach was right below the house and we got to enjoy it everyday without having to worry about it being crowded. It was like having our own oasas. If u want to be pampered and have relaxing days this is definitely the place to stay.

  We enjoyed this property sooooo much!! Location is fantastic, views from every room to die for.... Monkeys arrived when we wanted them, and came more than close enough for us to take great pictures. They didn't hang around though, so they were no bother whatsoever. Family members from age 2 to 72 were happy living together. Clean, well maintained property. Fabulous activities arranged for us with zero hassle at all. highly recommend this house!

  What a great two weeks at Casa Pacifico! The home is so beautiful and accommodated our group of ten very comfortably. The area is gorgeous and there is so much to do close by. We did the ziplining, ATV, surfing, hiking and fishing tours….all so much fun! The beach was like our own private paradise and we loved relaxing by the pool too. The staff completely spoiled us! The house manager, Frankie, planned all of our excursions and cooked incredible meals every day. The home was spotless and our laundry was done daily, which was also very nice. The kids loved watching the monkeys. We had such a great time and look forward to a return trip. Thanks for your hospitality!

  Casa Pacifica was an experience of a lifetime and I could not recommend it more highly! My bridal party and I stayed at the home for one week before my wedding at the nearby resort, Tango Mar. We were blown away by the beautiful home itself and how immaculate and pristine everything was. Its location is ideal right on the end of a gorgeous strip of beach. My surfing friends were elated when they discovered there was a surfable wave right in front of the house! The main host, Frankie, was out of this world accommodating and made sure that our every wish was attended to (and it didn't hurt that he was an excellent chef and knew the whole area like the back of his hand). You don't have to walk far on the beach to see some waterfalls, shell littered beaches, and a famous tree captured in National Geographic. We were treated like royalty and were so impressed with the staff's friendly demeanor and hard work making sure everything was nice for us at all times. The location was a perfect balance as you had plenty of privacy but weren't far from more "happening" towns like Montezuma. I honestly have no complaints only praises for my experience Casa Pacifica and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on my next trip to Costa Rica! It was a dream come true wedding and vacation all in one!

  Me and my family had a great time. Casa Pacifico was so pretty and it had the best view of the ocean and beach. Frankie, the chef, cooked us Costa Rican food and it was very good. There were lots of tours available - it was nice to have the driver available to show us around. I would definitely go back!

  I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The home offers the best oceanfront views you can imagine. Looking north you can see the waves crashing on the rocks, a view of the south offers a beautiful beach and gentle surf setting. The home offers everything you can imagine... beautiful interior decor and oversize bedrooms with king beds and large bathrooms was even more than we expected. A full time staff took care of all of our houskepping and laundry needs. We spent most of our time by the pool lounging in the comfortable chairs and taking in the sun and sounds of monkeys and tropical birds. November was suppose to be the kind of rainy but we had very nice weather. I highly recommed the meal plan and transportation services offered with the house. The chef is incredible and the food quality is better than a five star restaurant. The home is everything I expected and even more. I just wish more of my friends and been able to come and enjoy the experience with me. I am already planning next years vacation.

  Our group agreed this was the most spectacular villa we had ever seen and was truly the trip of a lifetime! On arrival the staff greeted us with a champagne toast and our favorite classic rock music, so we knew we had found something special in Casa Pacifico. The staff was enormously helpful; arranging our excursions; filling our orders for beverages; driving us to local villages and evening hot spots and taking us for walks to the waterfalls near-bye. We were absolutely treated like Royalty! The meals were fantastic, incredibly diverse and world-class. The villa sets at the end of a quiet drive, with the beautiful white sand beach a few steps down from the gorgeous pool. This was our first stay at Casa Pacifico, but it won’t be our last. We found Robert the villa owner and his staff like a breath of fresh air. This is a true gem and is highly recommended!

  This trip was for my wife's 40th birthday and I couldn't have planned a better celebration. The pictures of the home and surrounding area don't do justice to the beauty of the residence and Costa Rica. Frankie and the rest of the Casa Pacifico staff took the experience to an even higher level. The service was impeccable, the food wonderful and Frankie was especially helpful as we had some travel hiccups on the last day. I can't recommend this property enough. Pura Vida!

  We had group of 10 last week at Casa Pacifico. All were in agreement - it was the best vacation any had ever taken! The house and amenities are huge and outstanding, the views are incredible, and we had complete privacy on our own stretch of beach. Frankie and the staff made the trip!! Frankie's meals were incredible (even by Charleston restaurant standards). He took care of EVERY detail from our transportation and tours to our food and drink requests. He even put together a casino theme and lobster tail dinner for a birthday night. The women in our group had private massages at the house while the guys were catching sailfish on a 42' Sportfisher. Monkeys in the trees, the local macaw (Fran), and the luch landscaping just added to the wonder. I can't recommend Frankie and Casa Pacifico strongly enough! If you want more pictures and info - check out their Facebook page (we missed it until the week before the trip, but it's great with lots of pictures) Fantastic spot for a wonderful vacation!
