Experience Cape Cod in this exquisite waterfront home located in the prestigious New Seabury holiday community. This house is set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a peninsula in Ockway Bay. A private dock allows access for fishing, kayaking, and boating from the bay into Nantucket Sound and then the Atlantic Ocean

An extremely unique feature of this house is its large wrap-around deck enabling all rooms to have sliding glass doors to the outside. The deck is completely furnished for outside living and is ideal for watching sunrises, sunsets, varied wildlife and boating activities in the bay.

This two-level home allows guest separation with each floor including a separate living area and two bedroooms. The top floor contains an open plan kitchen, cathedral dining and living room with spectacular views over the bay. The master suite with queen-sized bed and en suite shower has double sliding glass doors to the deck. The other top floor bedroom has twin beds with full tub bath/shower in the hallway. All floors are beautiful hardwood.

The lower level features a full family room with library and games, and laundry room with large washer and dryer. One bedroom has twin beds and the other bedroom has a king-sized bed and double sliders. They share a shower fitted bathroom. This level has exits from each room at nearly water level.

We are centrally located between Hyannis and Woods Hole, each with their own unique personality, including ferries to Marth's Vineyard and Nantucket. Closer at hand are the Poppenesset Market Place and Mashpee Commons as well as numerous restaurants, shops, high quality golf courses, walking and biking trails, and various public beaches.
