GREAT LOCATION! At the base of the Mountain House slopes right on the Snake River. In the winter, walk 150 yards to the Peru high speed quad lift and walk to the River Run area for dinner. (Or take the free shuttle!) And in the summer, a quick bike ride over to the River Run chair lift takes you and your bike to the top of the mountain to go on some great mountain bike trails!!
VIEWS!! This unit features a deck that looks out at the Mountain House ski slopes, and another deck off the master bedroom that overlooks the Snake River and the Continental Divide.
Recently renovated and fully furnished, this unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom has a king bed and a full bath and a private balcony overlooking the Snake River and Continental Divide. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room has a queen convertible couch. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. It comes complete with everything you need, including cooking utensils and linens. There is another balcony off the living areas that look out onto the Mountain House slopes. It is situated right on the Snake River with awesome views.
The clubhouse is right next door and features a heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, locker room with showers, and a recreation room. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities, an ice machine and soda machine.
This condo is located on the Snake River next to Keystone Mountain, between River Run Village and Lakeside Village. There is a bus stop right in front that will take you free anywhere in Keystone, and the Summit Stage bus will take you to destinations in Summit County that include A Basin, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Dillon and Silverthorne. The Mountain House base ski area features shops, restaurants, ski school and children's center. There are 15 trails open at night including a lighted Terrain Park (see Keystone's schedule).
Skis and snowboards are kept in a ground floor private ski locker, next to the covered parking. This unit is in a great location and close to everything for winter and summer fun!!!
