Small family? Large family? Or even two families, this is the house for you. The master is on the main and there are two bedrooms upstairs each having their own vanity, but share a Jack and Jill shower and commode. There also is a bonus room that is ideal for a children's hide-away. The room has two single beds plus a full bed.
Enjoy the screened in porches both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs porch has a swing, oak table,natural gas grill and of course a couple of rocking chairs. The view is spectacular and you can relax enjoying the view or use the gas grill to fire up something special. Both upstairs bedrooms open onto a screened deck with an even greater panoramic view of the gulf.
The walk to the beach is one block downhill with access to the beach directly in front of the house. Have a boat? Plenty of room to park it on the property.

05/03-05/10 We recently stayed at this property and had an amazing time. The house was even better than the pictures. It was thoroughly furnished, especially the kitchen, which was equipped with any and every gadget you might need. We had 2 families and we all had plenty of room. It is a short safe walk to the beach. The kids had a blast and did not want to leave. There are plenty of things to do: play at the beach, fishing, boat rides. Our guys caught over 70 fish in one day right from the beach. It's a very relaxing atmosphere and just a short drive up to Panama City. We would definitely recommend this property 100 percent and look forward to making this an annual trip!
