About our Unit: Ground floor entry leads you past the Master Bedroom into a Spacious Great Room, Full Kitchen, Dining Area. Large Deck off Great Room boasts Fantastic River and Forest Views.

Downstairs you will find a roomy, a second living area, a second bedroom, and walk-out patio with river access. There's still more...upstairs loft provides additional sleeping or another spot to relax.

Spruce Island Townhome: Conveniently Located in the heart of Breckenridge, CO. Free Shuttle service to Skiing at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapaho Basin.

Payment Terms: Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required when your reservation is made along with a refundable damage/reservation deposit of $200. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 14 days before your arrival date. A 10.675% Breckenridge/Colorado lodging tax will be added to room rental rates. Check-in 3:00pm // Check-out 10:00am unless special arrangements are made. Once a positive security/maintenance inspection is completed, your $200 deposit will be returned by mail within 14 days of your departure. Damages or costs for missing items will be deducted from the deposit amount if necessary.

  • Wonderful! We spent 8 days here in April. We were visiting our sons and had a fantastic family reunion. The property is extremely spacious. It is like another apartment on the ground floor and the mezzanine has three extra beds. The location is great as it takes about 10 to 15 mins to walk into the town or you can get the free shuttle bus which is very regular. Kitchen had everything we needed and bedding was good quality. The owners were very friendly and helpful in our email contact with them. Fantastic value for money.

  • Absolutely perfect place to bring your family to stay. Plenty of space (2nd living area downstairs) and room to sleep (2 bedrooms and loft with 3 beds). We loved the personal touches - makes you feel at home. And it is conventiantly located to downtown Breckenridge (short walk or free shuttle bus). We can't wait to come back in the summertime.
