We stayed at Kathy's condo in PCB during April of 2010 and 2009. I love the condo and look forward to coming back in 2012. The condo is large with great beds and bathrooms! The balcony is one of the largest I have found oceanfront and Kathy has the best rates around. The area is indeed farther down the beach from the boardwalk, but that is what we like - NICE AND QUIET without all the crowds. Beautiful condo, beach, and pool ----- what more could you want. Oh, and Kathy is great to work with along with being able to bring pets if you desire. We never have, but the option is there! Choose one of the two condos she has to offer and you won't be disappointed. :)

My husband & I have stayed in this condo several times over the years & it is 100% the best place on the beach to stay!!! The owners are very nice & truthful. It's walking distance to Scampy's & Schooners, which are 2 great restaraunts & there is a Sunsations to shop at right next to Scampy's. We love staying in this condo & as long as it is available this is where we will be once a year for our summer vacation. My fur babies love it too!! Can't wait to come back next year.

Great Vacation

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The condo was very clean, neat , and well furnished. This end of the beach is not as busy as it is farther west. Our family had a quiet week of relaxation at Treasure Island. Grocery, restaurants, and seafood are all very close. This facility is very pet friendly and we were very pleased that our dog could come on the trip. I will be coming back next year.

This place is first rate, spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Loved the balcony, best vacation we ever had and our little yorkie said yap, yap, yap in agreement. I also reccommend the ribeye at Scampy's, the best steak ever. Thanks for sharing your condo with the public.

Perfect Beachfront Location!

We travel for baseball tournaments all over and this was our first time in Panama City Beach. While this unit was a little bit of a drive from the fields, it was well worth it! We originally chose it because we were traveling with pets, so this is alway's something we are unsure of what to expect. This unit however, was a wonderful surprise to say the least! Not only as it beautiful and very clean, the beaches are gorgeous! The access to the beach as well as other local attractions, area parks, snorkeling at the lagoon, etc., was something we would recommend for all families and almost all within walking distance. All other shopping, entertainment, etc., is just a short drive away. This really is a very peaceful spot to enjoy for families. We will most certainly be repeat guests and would recommend this unit to our friends and family without hesitation!

My family have stayed in one of the two units on the fourth floor several times now. The units are really nice and spacious. Two full bedrooms, balcony, a full kitchen, covered parking, and a bunk area as well. Treasure Island is located in one of the best spots on Panama City Beach. It is not within all the hustle and bustle, so it is quiet and not overrun by party people. However, it is walking distance to two very good restaurants (Schooners and Scampys), and a very short drive to Captain Andersons, Sweet Racks (a fabulous barbeque restaurant), and Publix. Do yourself a favor and rent one of these condos...you will not be disappointed.

Thanks so much for sharing this unit with the public! This is our second time staying at Treasure Island. Both times were first rate experiences, but your unit was the best equipped and most comfortable we have experienced. It is truely a home away from home and our time there could not have been more relaxing. I recommend this unit to anyone looking to get away and have fun on the "quiet" end of the beach. Kathy, thanks for being so nice and working with me on the scheduling too. We look forward to staying with you again!

We stayed in this condo 6/11/11-6/18/11 and had a perfect vacation. The view was beautiful, the condo was nice and clean and it was great that we could bring our dogs. One thing I loved about this condo is how sound proof it is. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Our vacation was nothing short of amazing. We have enjoyed staying at this comdo for several years now; it's located at the end of the strip in a family enviroment, close to the marina and several great resturants right on the beach. Walmart is only 5 minutes in one direction and Winn Dixie is about 5 to 10 minutes in the other direction. Our dogs love being able to come with us and there are plenty of places to walk them. The condo is always clean and ready when we arrive. One of our favorate features is the large balcony which is big enough to hold a table, four chairs, and two lounges with plenty of room to move around with entrances from the living room and the master bedroom.

We are here on my daughter's Spring Break and having a fabulous time! The condo is spacious, the master bath is LARGER and NICER than in any condo in PCB I have visited, and the pool is not overly crowded! The owners were very easy to communicate with...Highly recommend! :)
