Located directly on the 3rd hole and 4th tee/fairway in Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club (voted Myrtle Beach Area "Golf Course of the Year" in 2010), and 2-minute walk to 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, and a tennis court. This beautiful, peaceful neighborhood is also just minutes from the beach, shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, several golf courses, mini-golf, movie theaters, and other entertainment.

Bedroom #1 (Master Bedroom) has 1 King Bed, large walk-in closet, 32-inch LCD TV with HDTV cable, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and private entrance to a screened porch. Bedroom #2 has 1 Queen Bed, no TV, and 1 closet. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Extra-Long Beds (will sleep either children or adults), a 20-inch LCD TV w/digital cable and DVD player, and 1 closet. Each bedroom has a dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, and a pond view!
Each of the 2 full bathrooms have porcelain tile floors, and have a hair-dryer, towels, & soap. Our fully equipped, full-size kitchen has everything you will need (except the food!), such as appliances, cookware, dinnerware, etc. The dining area has a wrought-iron/glass dining table w/4 chairs and 3 bar stools. Our spacious Living Room has cathedral ceilings, large sectional sofa with chaise-lounger, and leather recliner. A laundry room w/full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer is located in the hall bathroom. Washing powders are provided. This villa is on the top (2nd) floor of a 2-story building which provides a quieter stay (no foot traffic overhead!), more privacy, clearer views of golf course and ponds, and higher ceilings, when compared to 1st floor villas.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
My wife and I fell in love with Sunset Beach the very first time we visited. The area is family-friendly, it is never too crowded, and the people are very friendly. We have been to several other beaches, but when we are at Sunset Beach, it feels like home. Before purchasing this condo, my wife and I looked at several condos and homes in the area, but instantly fell in love with Sunset Village (our complex). We looked at many condos that were for sale in Sunset Village, but chose this one since it has the largest floor plan, and the best water and golf course views. There are water views from every room in the house, even the kitchen!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Sunset Escape (our condo) is very quiet, centrally located between both outdoor pools/hot tubs. Since it is a second floor unit, it has cathedral ceilings, and superior views of the golf course, wildlife, and evening sunsets. There are many restaurants, entertainment, and other activities just a short drive away, and you can bike or drive to the beach, which is only a few miles away. The condo is very clean and spacious with large rooms, full kitchen, walk-in closet and two full bathrooms. This condo is not only an investment/rental property for us, but our second home, and our goal is to make it feel like your "Home away from home" during your stay.

This was the third year my golfing buddies and I have stayed at Sunset Escape. From the moment you walk in the front door you'll feel relaxed. This condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the back porch, which overlooks the third hole of Sandpiper Bay Golf Course are fantastic. A great place to have your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. After a hard day on the golf course, we head for the hot tub which is only a few condos away. We are all Seniors so we don't cook very much. There are plenty of great resturants in the area or if you choose you could head south toward Myrtle Beach. Kevin is a great host and very easy to deal with. I would reccommend this condo and the area to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Kevin's place is just as described, we had two adult couples stay and there was plenty of room. The location is very close to the beach, town, and restaurants. We will certainly consider staying here again if we re-visit the area.

This condo and the entire area are gorgeous! The listing was described perfectly - you have to experience it for yourself to really appreciate it. We wanted to stay someplace that was close to Myrtle Beach but not right in the thick of the traffic and people and this place was perfect for us. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and just a short drive to Myrtle Beach. It was clean and very well maintained. We truly needed nothing except groceries - they even provided paper products, dish soap, laundry soap and more. Kevin is a wonderful owner to deal with and I have absolutely no complaints - other than I wish it was my home! We had to leave early due to a family emergency but he was very understanding and worked with us over the phone to make sure everything would be closed up and taken care of when we left. We brought our dog - the facilty is dog friendly - just be sure to keep them on a leash as we saw two alligators and tons of turtles in the water behind this condo. The views are amazing and peaceful, the pools were nice and clean and the neighbors were very friendly. I would totally recommend this condo to family and friends - especially anyone who loves to golf as you can see the tees right from the deck. The public beach is not far and it was very clean and not too crowded even though we went for the 4th of July. We also enjoyed a dolphin watching tour and lots of good food from the local restaurants. The new bridge will definately help with the traffic flow. We truly had a wonderful time. Well worth the price for sure - I couldn't believe all the ammenities for the rental price. Money well spent!

Home Away's website was bang on!!! This condo was absolutely beautiful. It is kept spotless, so very clean! Very modern , with all the ammenities you could ask for. Close to grocery shopping, great restaurants, the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation. And the price was right too! The owner is great to deal with when setting up your stay and provides great info, not only on the property but the Sunset beach area as well. I was very happy and will be looking to return next year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
