Vacation or Honeymoon at the Beach! This gorgeous ALL newly furnished condo at North Coast Village in Oceanside, California, San Diego County has all the luxury of home. The lush tropical landscaping and waterfalls will remind you of an Hawaiian resort. The short walk to Oceanside Harbor offers shopping, sport fishing, water activity rentals, and dining with great views. Nearby attractions include Sea World, Legoland theme park, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park.

Our second floor 1 bedroom unit has easy access to the Fitness Room, Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, or just walk out the gate to the beach. From the balcony you can view the tropical landscaping. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king-size bed, as well as a queen sofa sleeper. It can accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Oceanside is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California, and has been listed by leading travel magazines as having the best all around yearly beach climates. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards are provided in the unit. You can also learn to surf year round from a local surfing school just a few steps from our unit. Don't forget to take a short stroll to the Oceanside pier where you can fish without a license or eat at Ruby's Diner, a 50's restaurant with fabulous views. You can rent fishing equipment at the pier and purchase your bait at the same time. Bike rentals are also available at the pier, ride along the beach or take a leisurely ride to the Historic Mission at San Luis Rey.

Downtown Oceanside is also just a short walk from our unit. The Downtown area offers great restaurants, movie theatres, street fairs, music and a weekly farmers market. You can also visit the Oceanside Museum of Art and the City Library.

    We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was perfect. We appreciated the extras such as extra soft, thick towels, laundry detergent, and so many more. We were in Oceanside to see our son off for his first deployment to Iraq. We had a great time with him and his buddies and enjoyed the convenience of staying in your lovely place.   • What a nice condo. Great location and really nice complex. The condo is nicely furnished and has beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a small cooler. It is very comfortable! As my son said when we were leaving, "This is a do it again place!" It was also very easy to book and John was responsive to all our questions. We would recommend this place to our friends.

  • It was a nice condo with great information for the surrounding area. All the people we encountered there were very friendly. It was also in a great location to travel north to the LA area or go south to sandiego. We ate great italian at Mia's, and headed south on 101 for a quick 5 minutes to the best breakfast at Oceanside Cafe. The process for renting here was easy and John was helpful with information with some upcoming events when we were there. My daughter also liked having the buckets and shovels for playing at the beach, and we used the small cooler to take with on our day trips to Legoland and Seaworld, ( can save money verses buying a $10.00 hotdog there!) We would recommend this condo.

  • The condo was very nicely furnished and equipped. Secluded from direct beach traffic, yet close enough to hear the waves at night. The complex has well established and beautiful landscaping and is also well equipped, quiet and secure. It was also close to a lot a really cool adventures (surf, fishing, theme parks, etc) and restaurants.

  • The condo was clean, well laid out, and well equipped. The landscaping at the complex was fabulous - reminding us of our previous vacation to Maui. The owner had great communications prior to our stay and left plenty of information about local stores, restaurants, and items of local interest. Being steps to the beach was great for me (surfing), my wife (running), and my kids (sand). We all had a great trip, and would happily stay here again.

  • Nice condo that is a great value for October! Weather was great (70's) but bring light jackets, sweaters for early AM, evening. According to a resident we met at the hot tub, the property is 40% residents and Oct. through April is the quiet time. No crowds in the hot tub (although he said the the hot tub across the street is less crowded in season). Great, inexpensive laundry room with front loaders. Pack light and do a load or two while one of you enjoy the hot tub or sit by the pool. Condo has some DVD's. Our 6 yr old enjoyed Stuart Little. TV in main room and bedroom.

    I just wanted to write and tell you how much our daughter and son-in-law Laura and Mitch Oler enjoyed staying in your Condo B-211 July 28th - August 4th. We rented 5 condos for our family members. They were all nice but yours was exceptionally nice!! The basket was great and info on things to do and directions in the area around Oceanside was extremely help. The decor was very fitting and attractive.I will certainly recommend you to others. We had a wonderful week at North Coast Village and hope to return in a few years. Thank you, Marilyn Johnson
