  We've been renting from VRBO for over 10 years and this is clearly one of the nicest places we've had the pleasure of staying. Very clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable, all necessary tools and equipment and one of the best views on New Smyrna Beach. Owners were good to work with and obviously take care of their property. We sure hope to be back!

  The pictures sure did not do this condo and view justice! It was absolutely gorgeous!! My family and I really did enjoy the condo, beach, and pool. Also the washer/dryer in the condo was a great save for me. The owner was so great to work with. We had left some invaluable items behind and the cleaning crew so graciously contacted the owner very quickly and they were shipped back to us (for a small charge of course) promptly. We were very grateful for that. We loved the area. We found things to do in New Smyrna as well as other towns close by that were family oriented like, Port Orange family days, Daytona Flea Market, and just walked on Flagler Ave. We will definitely stay in this condo again!! Loved it!!!!

  We stayed in this condo over labor day weekend and had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and included all amenities needed for our weeks stay. The washer & dryer in the condo was a huge added plus! Being able to walk out the sliding glass door with a cup of coffee in the morning and see the beautiful view was absolutely wonderful - we spent hours on the balcony. The owner was extremely helpful in assiting us with places to go and restaurants to visit. All of their recommendations were excellent. Contrary to the prior posting on this condo, the owner was quite prompt in returning our phone calls and we had our return deposit within 1 week of our return. We would definitely visit again and do recommend this condominium for any family vacation.

  We arrived at this condo and found it to be VERY clean, updated and comfortable. This trip was just for my husband and I but over the years our family vacationed at Shore Villa almost every year. Some years we stayed at other places but none of them were as nice as Shore Villas. It is the closest to the beach and you can see the ocean from the pool! We have stayed in about 10 different condos at Shore Villas. This condo is one of only two in the north building that are closest to the beach and ocean and it has a fabulous direct view of the ocean and has a patio that is twice as large as other units that are not in the front of the complex. The additional window in the living room gives a great view looking north on the beach and this unit does not have a condo next to it like the south building front condos do so it is very private! This condo has TV's in the bedrooms (some condos do not) so that is nice and it has a washer and dryer so you don't have to take the laundry down to the community laundry room! Nice feature that the owners share with guests! The owners also provide wi-fi information so you can use your computer while there (some other condos do not). The owner was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to make sure everything was okay with our stay. We plan to return next spring and rent this same condo again if possible!

  The fact that there were good reviews for this particular condo and the pictures looked good sealed my family’s decision to stay at this property. When we arrived at 3:00 pm (our allowed check-in time) the condo was in total disarray. Food left out on cabinets, a dirty wet one on the bedroom floor, dirty dishes everywhere, trash overflowing the trashcans, stained linen, etc. We immediately called the owner and she said that it would be cleared up. It was after 6 pm before we could get back into the condo and it appeared clean but there is no way after seeing it the in the condition that we found it in, that they could have possibly given it the thorough cleaning it needed. We rewashed and recleaned things prior to using them. We really enjoyed the location of the property and spent most of our time out of the condo. There were definitely a few issues with maintenance and upkeep that need to be done in this property. For example, the screen door is nearly impossible to open and it comes off the track every time you attempt to open it, there are also several stains all over the bedspreads, the bathtub in the main bathroom looks disgusting and feels slimy under your feet, and the kitchen drawer was broken and hanging into the cabinet below it. We left the condo in better condition than even the cleaning crew had left it. The real trouble was when we came back home. We were promised by the owner that we would be reimbursed the cleaning fee for our trouble. The contract we received from her states “Security Deposit will be returned within one week after departure”. We left the condo on May 21st. After not hearing from her I eventually emailed her on June 9th. She did not get back to me until the 14th in which she said, “We will get the security deposit refund out tomorrow, including the cleaning fee.” After a week it still had not arrived and I decided to call her. She said her dad had died and that she would send it that same day. Still did not come, so my husband decided to take over the situation. She answered and he said who he was and she said “I’m on the phone I will call you back in 2 minutes” she then hung up before he could reply. She never called back and will not answer the phone. I know she scammed us and I wanted to write this review so that she doesn’t do it to anyone else! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!!

  Owner response: Please disregard this review. We had a tragic event happen in our lives. Furthermore, the cleaning crew did not show up and we had to scramble to get the condo cleaned for this renter, which we were happy we could do in such short notice. The alternate cleaning company must not have done a great job. They got their deposit back but it took a little longer due to our personal loss. We are so sorry there are people like this who are incapable of understanding other people's human experiences.

  The property was very clean, and the owner was helpful and easy to contact. The views are just spectacular, and the complex was quiet, secure, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the updated bathrooms were gorgeous. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was so convenient! Having coffee on the large balcony and watching the sunrise every morning was an awesome way to start each day. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in New Smyrna Beach.Couples or families will enjoy this one for sure!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was very clean, tastelfully decorated, and extremely accessable. The view was nothing but spectacular. We awoke early every morning to view the awesome sunrise from the balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great and fully stocked with utensils The beach chairs and equipment came in handy The pool was very close and accessable. The office staff was extremely helpful and kind to us during our stay. The beach was absolutely incredible. We wished we had a few more days to enjoy the wonderful location of this condo. We hope to revisit next year!!

  This place Rocks! It was fun to play in the ocean and watch the tide come in. The rooms were comfortable. It was very clean. We loved the closet full of beach supplies. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well. The best part was bogie boarding on the waves. We'd love to go back every year. It was fun watching the sunrise from the deck in the morning.
