The home is located in an exclusive gated community only 5 minutes from historical downtown Palm Springs and 10 minutes to the Palm Springs International Airport. You will enjoy unobstructed mountain views from the privacy of your own back yard. When you rent the home, we also include our property manager who is there for all your needs during your stay. He can book activities, arrange for airport pick up and shop for groceries if you like. He can recommend restaurants and shopping to cater to your tastes and needs.
This beautiful home is a less than 5 minute drive from the Aerial Tramway where by day, you can take the Tram across to the San Jacinto Mountains for some wonderful hikes and in the winter some cross country skiing. In the evenings, enjoy one of the many great restaurants in the area, Casinos and great night life. There is tons of shopping in downtown and the home is about 20 minutes from the Cabazon Outlet Mall which has about 200 stores! You can also check out the Joshua Tree National Monument during your visit!
The large living room with soaring nine feet ceilings has a great room, fireplace and 42" Flat Panel TV with DVD player and a large collection of 180 movies. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters contains professional appliances and everything you might need to create a marvelous meal. The owner is a professional chef, so everything in the kitchen is stocked!
Gourmet kitchen has a large square table with space for up to 8 and breakfast bar. Bright and spacious Master Suite with a large king-size bed located on the one side of the home for optimal privacy. Master bath features a large walk in closet, a jacuzzi sized tub, a separate walk-in shower and two vanity sinks, as well as a flat panel TV mounted above the tub. Sliding glass doors in the suite provide easy access to private Pebble Tec pool and spa. There are lounge chairs and a Jenn-Air Gas Grill for outdoor grilling! In addition, there is a community pool/spa right across the street.
Two other guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house. A large second Master Suite has a queen-size bed. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool/spa. The third bedroom also has a double sleeper. Both rooms have plenty of closet space. In between the rooms you will find another full size bathroom.
The laundry room is equipped with LG Tromm state of the art washer and dryer for your convenience.

Please inquire with owner about children. No children under the age of 8 are permitted, for reasons of the pool/spa in backyard.
