Why the Owner Chose Lodge at Mountain Village
We chose The Lodge at the Mountain Village because of its perfect ski-in/ski-out location, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a very accessible, world class, yet family friendly, resort. It's so convenient to be slope-side between Payday and First Time lifts, where family members can pop in or out according to differing need, or all come in for lunch. It's also great to be just steps from the ticket office, rentals, ski school, shops, and restaurants. We love the hot tubs down the hall, the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs, the ice rink, the underground parking and the free city bus that stops right in front of our building.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We chose this particular condo because of it's perfect ski-in/ski-out location on the end of the building toward the mountain. We love being able to relax on the couch looking out at the beautiful view of the slopes. We love being able to be connected with the mountain even when we are inside. The spacious vaulted ceiling and the very beautiful remodel make this one of the nicest units in the building. It's also a quiet location away from bus stop and parking lot snow removal noise.
Very accessible, world-class yet family friendly resort. Winter: Just steps from lifts and ski-school. Summer: Great activities like biking, hiking, horse-back riding, alpine slide, zip-line, alpine coaster and more.
Wonderful shops and restaurants. Less than 1 mile. Easy walk or bus ride.

We both grew up spending a lot of time backpacking and hiking in the Sierra Nevada of California. Since moving to Utah, where Terry studies bees and pollination, we've become very fond of Utah powder. Our son is a terrain-park skier, and Park City Mountain Resort has one of the best terrain-parks in the West. We also love the four seasons and the great array of outdoor recreational opportunities that Utah has to offer for us to share as a family. Great location and great condo. Steps away from the Park City lifts and all the shops at the resort. Clean, well maintained and with nice new bathrooms. Parking was in the basement of the building. Easy free bus into old town Park City. The owners are wonderful and made it easy. Lots of fresh snow!! A very enjoyable long weekend of skiing with my oldest son and another father/son.

We loved this condo. Looks like new, clean, comfortable, DVDs, games, great beds, good layout. Few minutes walking distance to the lifts, ski school and slopes. Convenient location for small kids learning to ski. Rhonda answered several questions before, during and after our stay - helpful comments about the area and the condo. We'd gladly stay here again!

This was a great property to stay in. We rented this property last minute. It was very nice and well maintained. Rhonda was very nice and helpful. Great location. Our 4 teenage children had a great time and are already talking about a summer stay and a trip next winter. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks again Rhonda we had a great time.

My girlfriends and I stayed in the beautiful loft condo for a bachelorette/bridal retreat weekend. It was a lot of fun! There were helpful notes around the apartment so we knew how to work the tv and other appliances. It was in great condition and very clean. We felt so at home! And Rhonda was so good to answer all of our questions and make us feel welcome. We will definitely be staying there again.

Had the best night ever here at the condo. Has all the amenities you could ask for. Not to mention, the location is ideal. Your backyard is the Alpine slide and all other entertainment. Having this much fun in park city in the summer, I can't imagine how great it'd be to come in the winter months; with the snow and slopes just a few steps away. it's every snowboarder/skiers dream! Awesome owners to deal with. Really go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. :) Thanks so much Rhonda! We'll be back and will be sure to share the fun we had with all our friends. :)

If you are looking for a cool (as in temperature), beautiful, fun and relaxing get a way - this is the place. The Zip-Line, Alpine Slide, Ski Lift and kids activities are literally steps away. We took a bunch of Young Adult age children and they had a blast. Throw in a bit of shopping at the outlets, swimming and hot tub time and a concert at Deer Valley and you have a perfect weekend. We've never stayed at a better equiped Condo - Rhondo has done an amazing job keeping it stocked of all that is needed! We'll be back! P.S. - look for the deer as you ride the ski lift!

We had a wonderul time in Park City! - and the stay at this condo contributed to that - the location is perfect - there were many things to do at the resort where this condo is located - we could just walk downstairs for breakfast (try the Cutting Board!), lunch, drinks and activities. The main bus stop was right outside - which made it very convenient to go into town or into Deer Valley or to Olympic Village. The photos and listing description were very accurate. The property was very clean - and the owner was extremely helpful - she had many pamphlets, brochures, and coupon books in the unit. Everything in the unit was neatly labeled. There were hairdryers, toiletries, and extra items (in the event that you forgot something) in the condo. She sent us maps, directions, and helpful information a few days before our trip. She called us when we arrived to answer questions and again on our final day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to friends!
