We loved this condo. It had an excellent location close to the Payday lift. It was very comfortable and I loved the layout of the rooms. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the condo nicely furnished with lots of little extras. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable! The owners were friendly, accessible and very responsive to our questions and needs. The discounted lift tickets saved us a ton. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

My son and I take an annual ski trip to either Colorado or Utah. This is the nicest ski condo we have ever visited. The condo is well decorated and very comfortable. It is also very convenient being a few feet from the ski slopes. There was covered parking for our rental car (which we didn't need in Park City) We had a great view of the mountains from the patio and from the hot tub. Rhonda was very helpful. She arranged a discount for our ski gear and left detailed notes to help us find our way around.

Condo is perfect for a family of 4, but could sleep more. Location is perfect...not sure you can get closer to the lifts at Park City! The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved staying in the loft with their own beds (a queen and a single). The kitchen and bathrooms have everything! DVD player and cable TV as well as games and a sled to use. Living room area is comfortable with convenient fireplace. Balcony has a great view of the mountain. We will be back! Thanks Rhonda!!!

Great location and great condo. Steps away from the Park City lifts and all the shops at the resort. Clean, well maintained and with nice new bathrooms. Parking was in the basement of the building. Easy free bus into old town Park City. The owners are wonderful and made it easy. Lots of fresh snow!! A very enjoyable long weekend of skiing with my oldest son and another father/son.

We loved this condo. Looks like new, clean, comfortable, DVDs, games, great beds, good layout. Few minutes walking distance to the lifts, ski school and slopes. Convenient location for small kids learning to ski. Rhonda answered several questions before, during and after our stay - helpful comments about the area and the condo. We'd gladly stay here again!

My girlfriends and I stayed in the beautiful loft condo for a bachelorette/bridal retreat weekend. It was a lot of fun! There were helpful notes around the apartment so we knew how to work the tv and other appliances. It was in great condition and very clean. We felt so at home! And Rhonda was so good to answer all of our questions and make us feel welcome. We will definitely be staying there again.

Had the best night ever here at the condo. Has all the amenities you could ask for. Not to mention, the location is ideal. Your backyard is the Alpine slide and all other entertainment. Having this much fun in park city in the summer, I can't imagine how great it'd be to come in the winter months; with the snow and slopes just a few steps away. it's every snowboarder/skiers dream! Wonderful Weekend

If you are looking for a cool (as in temperature), beautiful, fun and relaxing get a way - this is the place. The Zip-Line, Alpine Slide, Ski Lift and kids activities are literally steps away. We took a bunch of Young Adult age children and they had a blast. Throw in a bit of shopping at the outlets, swimming and hot tub time and a concert at Deer Valley and you have a perfect weekend. We've never stayed at a better equiped Condo - Rhondo has done an amazing job keeping it stocked of all that is needed! We'll be back! P.S. - look for the deer as you ride the ski lift!

Wonderful vacation in Park City!

We had a wonderul time in Park City! - and the stay at this condo contributed to that - the location is perfect - there were many things to do at the resort where this condo is located - we could just walk downstairs for breakfast (try the Cutting Board!), lunch, drinks and activities. The main bus stop was right outside - which made it very convenient to go into town or into Deer Valley or to Olympic Village. The photos and listing description were very accurate. The property was very clean - and the owner was extremely helpful - she had many pamphlets, brochures, and coupon books in the unit. Everything in the unit was neatly labeled. There were hairdryers, toiletries, and extra items (in the event that you forgot something) in the condo. She sent us maps, directions, and helpful information a few days before our trip. She called us when we arrived to answer questions and again on our final day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to friends!

Relaxing retreat

We very much enjoyed this condo last weekend. It was super clean and had all the extras you would need, such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q-tips, shower gel, and bandaids. My parents had stayed at the same resort (different condo) and said how the heat was terrible and the cooling didn't work. Not the case here. They have installed a minisplit ( heating & ac) in each unit with clear instructions on use. The loft also had a fan to help cool it off. The temperature was very pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds & sheets super comfy. We all wished we had an extra day there. I stayed the first night with husband & kids and the second & third nights with my sisters, nieces, and mom for our annual shopping trip. My kids were so excited about the loft and all fought over who would sleep there. Definitely fun for kids. One nice thing about coming in the summer is it is so quiet. W never saw another person in the building & had the hot tub to ourselves. It was very peaceful. However, a lot of shops & restaurants at the resort were closed. We were limited to pizza or Mexican. This wasn't a big deal though as it gave us a chance to take in Main Street while we looked for dinner. By the way, the busses in Park City are free and come quite frequently right to the resort. Very convenient if you don't want to hassle with parking.

Great Summer Getaway

Our family of 7 had a great time staying in the condo. The place was very clean and had everything you would ever need. It was great to get away from the heat and enjoy the cool temps of Park City. Everything we wanted to see was near the condo, and we enjoyed The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory a little more often than we should have. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with our family.

This is a beautiful condo in park city with a view to match! My son loved the loft and i loved the space and the huge king size bed! I would highly recommend a birthday get away here! Rhonda the owner was the nicest and very accommodating, she makes staying here so easy and carefree she definitely goes above and beyond to take care of you and the condo! There is every amenity you can think of and even a list of where to go have a lot of fun and relax. I am definitely going to stay here again when i get the urge to visit park city and would recommend this place and owners to anyone! Matter of fact i came home and my coworkers couldn't get me to shut up! I would also mention that the value is excellent and the promotion with the gift card back makes it even sweeter of a deal!

Fun Condo!

The condo was clean and cute. The kids loved the loft, the pool, and the hot tub! Rhonda was fabulous to work with. She was so nice and helpful. The heating unit was a little confusing to work, but once you got it going the place heated up nicely! We were there when the resort was closed, so we were the only ones around, that made it take a really long time to get hot water. Rhonda had warned me about this beforehand, but it was still a little frustrating when the baby needed a bottle and you had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it got hot. I am sure you wouldn't have that problem if you stayed during a busier time. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed out stay!

Owner response:We appreciate our guests comments that help us know how to improve. We will improve the directions on the heating/cooling controls. If you want a quiet get-away with very good prices, come during Spring and Fall, when Park City Mountain Resort is closed between seasons. Unfortunately, waiting for hot water is one of our challenges during that time - the down side to having the place all to your self.

My husband and I stayed at the condo with our 3 young children and au pair. What a treat this location was! The balcony was in view of the ski school drop off. We could look for when our childrens group came in and then go pick them up! The condo was so clean and the beds were super comfy. Everyone had a great time.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for my 60th birthday. What a wonderful three days we experienced! The condo was lovely! It was well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the furniture, pictures... everything about it. We had everything we needed to make the stay exceptional. We enjoyed hot tubbing, too. (That is a surprise because I never do the hot tub thing, but it was so inviting to relax and look out at the mountain!) All communication in booking this accommodation was an extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend this particular condo to anyone who wants a great vacation in a beautiful condo in one of Utah's greatest towns!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo in mid December, and we loved it! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, new, and very comfy. It was in a great location, very close to the slopes, and we couldn't have asked for more in a rental. We especially enjoyed the king sized bed and the flat screen tv! BEYOND EXCELLENT!!!! My wife and I stayed her for 2 nights for our anniversary (first time really in Park City) and I have to say not only did Rhonda give us the BEST DEAL in town price wise, she was also the nicest lady Ive ever talked to!!! If u want the best time ever and especially so relaxing in the summer, u have got to stay here. This our third time staying at this property;my in-laws have stayed in Unit A twice now as well. Each time we enjoy the ease of access to PCMR during the day and the peace and serenity in the evenings. This time we used both units (211 A&B) which were very clean as the always are. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed to eat in. The cable tv and DVD players helped in entertaining our children in the evenings. Even in the middle of summer you could open the windows and patio doors at night and feel the cool mountain breezes. We are always excited to stay and will definitely go back in the future.

Your condo was the perfect place for our family to stay during our last-minute Park City vacation. It was so much better than trying to cram 5 people into a hotel room and having a kitchen saved us a lot of money by not having to go out for every meal. We were able to catch the bus (free and very clean) right in front of the property, which was incredibly convenient, saving us from having to find parking on Main Street. The kids loved the pool and swam everyday. The king bed was to die for and I am looking forward to our next visit already!

This is a great condo! We have been visiting Park City every summer for the past 15 years and this condo was by far one of the nicest we have stayed at. Can't say enough wonderful things about this condo. This condo was perfect for a family of three plus Grandma. My five-year-old loved the loft. We were all impressed with the beautiful but comfortable decor. Great view and location! We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend for my birthday and loved it. We usually stay on main street over this weekend but found this one. If you are looking for a great condo in Park City look no further! We rented the whole unit (both sides) for a family vacation and found it OUTSTANDING. The attention to detail by Rhonda is by far the best we have ever experienced by any VRBO owner and you can "feel" it in the unit. This condo was just perfect for our ski trip this past March 14-20, 2009. Rhonda and Terry have added such nice creature comforts that you really did feel at home. the location is absolutely perfect especially if your kids are going to ski school.It is about a 1 minute walk at most to the meeting point for the ski school. The view of the mountain was also wonderful . We would definitelyl stay there again.

Rhonda and family, We had a fabulous time at Park City and your condo! Great location, view and especially your suggestions and kindnest. My granddaughter loved her first experience skiing, the Park City school for kids was perfect for her. We all really enjoyed the Snowed Inn sleigh ride and dinner. Thank you for your suggestion as you know this was a last mintue change and I'm gratful that you knew about them. We will be back!! Pat and family

The condo was wonderful. A perfect location within steps of the slopes and the local transit bus stop that takes you to Historic Main Street and to either Deer Valley or The Canyons resorts that are only 15 minutes away. The accomodations were very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Rhonda is very helpful with local discounts and information. I highly recommend this condo.

We stayed in this lovely condo in December 2008. The furnishings/decor are "first class." My family of four loved all the creature comforts and had ample room. The location couldn't be better. Everything about this property (including the owners!) is terrific. We plan on returning to Park City and will definitely want to stay here again.
