This property is top of the line. It has been completely revamped, down to the studs. Every thing is new and updated. It is completely tiled, there are new cabinets, and corian counter tops through out the entire unit, an ice maker, wet bar, and a view of the beach from every bedroom. There is access to the balcony from the den and master bedroom. It is on the fifth floor and has an unbeatable view and location. It is within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Gulf Shores.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jetted tub for relaxing. The sun set views are spectacular. You can actually talk to some on on the beach without yelling. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. The third bedroom has twin beds. It also has a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. There is cable TV in every room so every one can watch what they want. Also, the large pool is just off the west side of the balcony.
This unit is located at The Whaler condominiums. There are only 27 units in this complex which means less time waiting for the elevator and more room on the beach and pool side. It also has a covered area at he pool in case you do not want to be in the sun but still want to be outside. It allows you to watch the kids while keeping cool.
