SolVista Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is comprised of two hills, 33 trails, 5 lifts and more than 25 km of maintained Nordic back country trails. SolVista is also one of the few resorts to boast night-time skiing. SolVista Ski Resort lodge offers lift ticket sales, ski school, equipment rentals, retail shop as well as a resturant and lounge.
Our spacious Ski In / Ski Out home is richly decorated with high-end furnishings and hand crafted designer accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The main floor also includes a dining area (seating for 6) as well as an eat at island. The master bedroom has a king pillow-top mattress and private bath. Bedroom #2 also has a king pillow-top mattress with an adjacent bathroom. The living room completes this floor with a rustic elegant decor, 2 story stone fireplace, and 32" HD flat screen TV.
Climb the natural log staircase to the 2nd floor loft which has views of Rocky Mountian National Park and Headwaters Golf Course. The loft offers a queen size convertible sofa, wall-unit stocked with games and entertainment for the family and a TV with DVD/VHS player.
The lower level welcomes you to the entertainment room which includes a bar and small fridge. The plush seating area contains a queen size convertible sofa, 42" HD flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD/VHS player and an I-Pod docking station which plays your music throughout the house. This room also features a full body massage chair. The 3rd bedroom offers a sturdy hickory bark twin over twin bunk bed with trundle. The 3rd full bath is adjacent to the bunkroom.
The surround sound continues to flow outside the house as you sit on the front porch watching the sunset or relaxing on the back patio while grilling.
During spring, the snow melts revealing Granby Ranch's green slopes with extensive hiking and biking trails. In late spring Headwaters Golf Course opens, incorporating 18 holes through trees, wetlands and mountian meadows. And don't forget about fly fishing on Colorado's beautiful Fraser River just moments away.
