Condo is an end unit, and is located in a quiet area of the complex. There is plenty of parking nearby. The property is known as the Palm Springs Villas II, and is located in the uptown area of Palm Springs. Location is central to all major attractions. This unique gated community is beautifully landscaped and offers a nice place to take a walk. The San Jacinto mountains are visible from the resort. Many guests enjoy walking up to the base of the mountains. This is about a 15-minute walk. The Palm Springs Visitors Center is located across the street, which is just west of the property. This is a great vacation spot. You are sure to return again and again.

There is an 11.5 percent lodging tax that must be collected for stays of 28 days, or less. Guests can avoid this tax by staying for 29 days. If a guest pays for 29 day, but leaves a day early, the tax must be paid.

This is a great condo, in a great location at a great price. Very nicely updated with new furnishings. Well maintained, clean and very quiet. We would definately recommend this condo!
