Leave your car at the house, because you're only 150 feet from the ocean! This charming cottage has four spacious bedrooms plus two sofa beds. It has two bathrooms (one with double sinks) & each bathroom has a tub/shower. There are two fully equipped kitchens with combined dining/living areas. The sleeping arrangements consist of one king bed, one queen bed, four twin beds, and two queen sofa beds. Both units have fireplaces to snuggle up to on those chilly days in winter. This nostalgic cottage will make you feel you've gone back in time by having that quaint cottage look it once had years ago, but with today's modern conveniences. We've splashed cheerful colors on the walls to give it a glow and scattered professional artwork throughout the house. The location is in a nice residential area with sufficient lighting in the evenings, and is in walking distance to area shops, restaurants, galleries, parks, gym, bike/walking trails, pier, grocery store, attractions, & of course the ocean. There are two nice decks for relaxing, swinging, or grilling out, but you also have access to a private, tropical courtyard just next door with soft, night lighting, running water from a large dolphin fountain, lush green tropical plants, palms & flowers throughout. There's plenty of seating for that perfect gathering of friends and family for that special occasion! Bikes, mopeds, Segways and golf carts are available to rent close by and are a great way to see the island and experience the warmth and hospitality of the local people. If you want to visit our historic city, "Savannah", you're only 25 minutes away,& approx. 35 minutes from the airport, 30 miles from Amtrak train station, & 20 miles from I-16 Interstate Hwy. |
