We had a great stay at the Park Place condo in Breckenridge. The condo was very nice and the location to the lifts, walkable to most restaurants, gondola, & bus worked well. The condo was well furnished and stocked with necessities.

This condo was really nice for our family ski trip. The king bedroom was roomy, good bed, washer and dryer/toilet/and steam shower in one room with sink in a seperate area made getting ready for the day easy. Other bedroom with queen and bunk beds and seperate bathroom area was great too. Living room furniture was comfortable with a great open kitchen/dining area. Nice furnishings and very clean condo. Great location, could walk downtown and ski out of Breck. Kids used hot tubs and pool area.

Forgot to write this last summer! But here we are again...our family of 5 wants to return to the same condo! It's perfect. A short walk to everything in town. Great access to hiking/pool/hot tub (and slopes in winter). Very comfortable condo with all the necessities.

We just left and I have to say we had a GREAT time!! Perfect location, great condo...... our family of four had plenty of room! Well stocked and very affordable!! Well worth the price! Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat! Thanks!!! The Hutchesons

Great Family Vacation Condo

This condo was clean, spacious, and just right for our family vacation. The bus stop was just across the street from the condos, close parking, easy walk to downtown. The owner was organized and easy to work with. The condo looked as pictured and was as described on this site. We hope to stay again.

The condo was a great home base for our Colorado vacation in July, 2009. The location is very convenient - literally three blocks from Main Street shopping and restaurants. The two bedrooms, family room and dining area easily handled four adults and two children. The condo was kept in good repair and had all of the cookware and utensils we needed to fix meals in the condo. In general, this was a great place to stay and a great value.

Your condo was outstanding and extremely roomy. Great location within walking distance to town and the slopes. We will definitely stay here again on our future visits to Breck.

The Hagan's condo was a really great place to stay. It had everything we needed,convenience to the grocery store and to walk downtown for restaurants and fun. The buses are directly across the street to take you to the lifts and you can ski the 4 o'clock run home bringing you right across from the condo. We kept the car under the garage the whole week. It was a wonderful family vacation!!

Very clean and new decor. Wonderful location, close to both center of downtown and the ski slopes. Parking was convienent, did not even have to use the car during our stay at the condo.

My group of 10 had a wonderful time at the Park Place condo. I did a lot of research and I did not expect a condo of this size and location to be so cheap! The condo was very well equipped and in a perfect spot to get to the snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge. I will be going back next season!

My family and I (from California)rented this condo for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. It was a very pleasant experience. I parked the truck and never got back in. We walked to town and the slopes. The unit is very comfortable and nicely accomodated the whole family. Highly recommended.

Great location, it really is within walking distance of town and the lift. Beds were comfortable and the decor makes it pleasent to be in the condo. The dining room table is really big so we didn't have to sit and eat all over the condo. Generally a great place to come and ski. We had a great time, we'll be back!
