We loved this place! We thought the location was great and the views off the balcony were really lovely - even in the pouring rain. The condo itself had new furniture and bedding (the pillows were fantastic) but felt totally comfortable. The decor was stylish without being stuffy. It would have been very easy to entertain there and yet it was homey. Lots of room and lots of light in the main open living/dining kitchen area. It wasn't too far from Mt. Mansfield - our destination for hiking. But also close to Woodstock/Quechee antiquing stuff for those folks. Easy to get to. Also, the guy from the management company was super nice - even when we showed up late. We definitely plan to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

First, the owner was very cool to deal with. She did not make us stay thru New Years as other owners wanted us to do. Because of travel plans we had to leave after 5 days. Next, the location was great. Close to all we wanted to do, including Quechee Club which you can use their facilities (inc indoor pool) for a reasonable fee. The place was very roomy. Lots of bunkroom for the kids downstairs and 2 bedrooms there also. Upstairs Master Bed with own bath. Dining , kitchen, family (living) rooms all very comfy and cozy. Lots of firewood, which was great every night considering we got about 18" of snow while we there. Also, the condo crew was always there shoveling, when fresh snow arrived. We rented this for a family reunion and originally wanted to rent a house, but I'm so glad we rented here instead and will be back. Looks like a great 4 season place also.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This condo was perfect for our family this past Thanksgiving. The condo has been maintained quite well. It was clean, the furniture was in good shape, the TV/DVD and internet all worked well as did the appliances. The views of the mountains were fantastic. The condo is minutes from the center of Quechee and restaurants like Parker House and Simone Pearce (and the Simon Pearce gallery) as well as 10 minutes from Sugarbush Maple and Cheese farm. The owner was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend this condo to friends and relatives.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

A group of five of us had a wonderful time staying here during the Covered Bridges Half Marathon. As soon as we entered the condo and saw the view from the deck, we knew that we had made a great choice. The condo was just as described - very well-maintained and comfortable for five adults. We also loved making use of the kitchen to prepare a pre-race meal with the goods we'd picked up at a farmers' market. This was my first vacation rental, and Liz really helped make it a very positive experience.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

My family just returned from a wonderful week spent relaxing in this comfortable condo. It was just as it looks in the pictures, extremely clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. We had a roaring fire every night and also Christmas morning. Everything needed to prepare a delicious holiday turkey dinner was available in the well-appointed kitchen. The area is beautiful and although mother nature did not supply the needed snow for the usual winter activities, we still managed to enjoy ourselves taking in much of what Vermont has to offer. Liz was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and requests. We all agree a return visit is in order!Owner response: Thanks so much! We hope you come back again next year! All the Best, Liz

There's so much we loved about your house. The beds were SO comfortable. The decor was lovely. We appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was. We had one large meal there, and we had all the the equipment we needed to make and serve an elegant brunch. What a view...that was worth the whole trip. I just really appreciated staying there. It was the first time I ever did a vacation rental and I was nervous about it. It certainly went well...Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at the condo Mother's Day weekend 2011. We had a great time. The view is amazing. The condo is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. There is a working fireplace and it is well equipped with kitchenware. It is in close proximity to the Quechee Green and a short drive to beautiful Woodstock. Quiet, peaceful, and very scenic. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Just got back from a wonderful weekend at Liz's condo at The Ridge. A spectacular view and nice privacy to this condo unit. We arrived to a fireplace ready to light, clean living area and great sleeping areas. Almost everything you need in the kitchen. Couldn't find a griddle for pancake breakfast, but we improvised with the waffle maker. All in all a great place to stay! We will definately be back for a visit! Liz was wonderful to work with... very kind and understanding. Thanks Liz!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

7 of us headed up for a long fun girls weekend away, and we were extremely happy with out choice of places to stay. The town was adorable and the condo was beautiful. Its very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms, all with showers. It is well kept with decor and comfort. Woodstock was just a few minutes away with tons of dining and shopping options. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
