This spacious condominium is the epitome of western elegance with natural wood throughout offering the amenities of home with America's number 1 ranked ski resort in the country. Designed to accommodate friends and family, our home sleeps 10 with plenty of room for entertaining and simply relaxing.

Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and the playroom adjacent to bedroom #1 all have cable TVs. The house is well appointed.
During the ski season, a shuttle stops approximately every 15 minutes to take you to the base lodge at Deer Valley and to bring you home. You never have to worry what time people come or go- it’s very casual. Also, at the bottom of the hill, a short walk, there’s a free bus that takes you to Park City, town and ski area, as well as to the Canyons ski area.
There’s great dining in the area and there are many activities during all seasons.

Our home is a non-smoking rental. Pets are not allowed unless, occasionally, special provisions and a deposit can be made.
This is our home and we rent it less than 50% of the time. If your interest is vacationing in a fine home with a real Western flair, Western antique art and furniture at a reasonable price, then our home is for you.

Richard H. Rovsek enjoys a reputation as one of the nation’s premiere marketing executives and brings more than 35 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations to the M2000 Corporation.
Currently, M2000, and Rovsek, are actively developing marketing campaigns for major corporations, as well as creating public awareness and fundraising campaigns for national treasures such as Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty where Rovsek has been instrumental in the creation of the Spirit of Liberty Tour for the Friends of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Foundation.
In addition, Rovsek has worked for the Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Bush White Houses in various capacities. He spearheaded the successful marketing of the 1981 Reagan inauguration, creating a catalog that sold inaugural items and netted more than $1.5 million in approximately 60 days. It was the first profitable inauguration in history. Rovsek also created and produced the special events at the White House for Reagan’s eight years. Highly publicized and network covered events such as the celebrations for Easter, Fourth of July, and the Lighting of the National Christmas Tree are just a few of his widely known achievements.
Mr. Rovsek graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1963 with a bachelors of science and began his career with the J. Walter Thompson agency in New York City. There he became the youngest account executive and member of the new business team. Rovsek was an integral part of the firm’s major accounts, including American Home Products, Eastman Kodak, Pan Am Airways, Scott Paper and Lever Brothers.

We used to have a home in Aspen, but we started to visit friends whom owned a condo in the same complex as where we purchased and we just fell in love with Park City. It is easy to get to. The people are great and the food is even better than Aspen! We just really fell in love with it!
