Waterside at Bay Beach is THE treasure of Fort Myers Beach. We searched from Sarasota all the way to Marco Island and settle here in this piece of paradise. The Waterside neighborhood is actually located on a peninsula on the very south, quiet end of Fort Myers Beach and is surrounded by water on 3 sides. It's a beautiful island atmosphere with friendly people and great restaurants to enjoy. Being near Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva and Lover's Key State Park is a real bonus too.
