The house has 2 living areas 1 w/fireplace, dining area, 4 bedrooms: 2 queen rooms, 1 king room, 1 queen in finished basement. 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Beautiful Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, water filtration system, granite countertops, full refrigerator, full freezer, washer and dryer.
Our detached Bunkhouse has 5 rooms: 3 bedrooms with twin beds, 2 flip out twin sofas, Gameroom, living room, 1 bath, it also has a refrigerator.
There is a boat ramp near the house. This home sits on the NW side of Quartz Mountain Lake. 3 miles south of Granite, OK off of Highway 6. Located 15 miles East of Mangum and 20 miles North of Altus. Call for directions.
*Note about Pets: We will allow pets, just NOT in the house or bunkhouse. The screened in porch is a great place to have pets and has a small pet door. We just ask that you please pick up after your pets.
