Living room with 2 sofa beds - Manhattan Apartment Rental This unit is located in the heart of the city just 2 short blocks to Times square and the Theatre district you can walk to all the Broadway shows and enjoy the convenience this area offers. W 51 street and 8th avenue ~ Have the best of both worlds you can walk to Times square or Central park, columbus circle ! The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a Manhattan town house around 1000 square feet. The place is HUGE ! Bedroom 1 Faces the back of the building so it's much quiter than the street view has a original deco fireplace in the bedroom. Also features Top of the line king size bed ,night stand ,2 large dressers and a closet. Bedroom 2 Faces the back of the building and has beautifull exposed brick walls, queen size bed , Dresser , night stand and large closet. Living room has 2 pullout sofa beds , a dining table for 4 and a breakfast bar. Kitchen has a little window to the breakfast bar and all the cookware and utensils you need to cook meals. 1000 sq feet plenty of light 4 large closets 15 ft ceilings Brick exposed walls 2 original fireplaces (non working) Desk area Hardwood floors wireless internet sheets and towels included The subway is just down the block on 51stret and 8 th ave This is smack in the middle of the Theater district. You can walk to right outside your door and visit Rockefeller center Trump Plaza, Radio City, St.Patrick's Cathedral, Central park, Fifth Avenue Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim and other famous cultural attractions on Museum Mile. MoMa, Central Park, Lincoln Center, Theater district, Times square. Reservation details: We require a 30% Deposit to make a reservation. The balance is due on arrival along with a $500 damage deposit. We have a 5 night Minimum unless we have any availabilities in between reservations. 2 night specials $600 all inclusive !! May 7 and 8 May 29 and 30 June 12 and 13 June 19 and 20 July 11 and 12 We also manage other 2 bedroom apartments in the Theater district so we can find you excellent last minute deals !
