Located just a ten minute walk from the base of Canyon Lodge ski/snowboard lift area and close distance from dining, shops and night life at the new Mammoth Village, this house is centrally located for all popular Mammoth Mountain activities and destinations.
Preston House II is perfect for those looking for nice amenities in a private home setting with a cozy cabin feel and close proximity to the mountain lifts. With four bedrooms and beds for 12, fully equipped kitchen and appliances, WiFi broadband connection, private hot tub spa, garage, and private driveway parking, this house is perfect for the family ski/snowboard vacation or executive retreat.

- No Pets Allowed: Firm NO PETS policy. Even the nicest pets cause damage when in unfamiliar surroundings - please leave the doggies at home!
- Kid Friendly: This is a two story house with stairs from top to bottom from the living room area. Parents with toddlers should bring their own portable child gate for the top of the stairs.
