We rented the house for Thanksgiving weekend 2011 after a house we were going to rent was flooded in a storm. We were so happy and lucky to find this house, it is great. The location is perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. It slept 5 adults 2 kids and 1 baby comfortably. We chose to cook several meals at the house including Thanksgiving, and the kitchen is well stocked which is rare in a rental house. We look forward to making this an annual family tradition.

We rented the Cocoa Cottage sight unseen for a family trip to the Christmas Candylane at Hershey Park. The house was perfect! You could see the park from the backporch (as described), and we were nearby our favorite restaurants. The Owner was great to deal with, from beginning to end. We definitely look forward to renting the Cocoa Cottage again and will suggest it to our friends & family. Highly recommended!!! (PS - it was very hard finding a rental house that did NOT accept pets - which was a must since one of my party is allergic to dogs, and one allergic to cats).

What a wonderful vacation! This home far exceeded our expectations. Parents loved having all the comforts of home and children loved the pool. We spent our days exploring Hershey Park, Amish Country and Gettysburg and it was wonderful to have such a lovely place to come home too. The children loved their evening swims after a hot days outing. The best part of all, was coming home from a weeks vacation with all clean laundry! Thanks for an amazing holiday. It won't ever be forgotten. If our travels ever take us back your way, we'll be sure to look for your cottage to stay.

We stayed in this cottage back in August of 2009 and my kids and niece (then ages 15, 16 and 17) still talk about what a great time they had. It was homey and comfortable, and having the pool out back was fantastic. The location is ideal. We would definitely recommend it!

We just stayed here in August and had a wonderful time! The house is cozy, extremely clean, convenient to everything; The pool is great as is the view of Hershey Park's rollercaster! You can actually hear the people on the rollercoasters screaming as it goes downhill! Owner was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with! We will definitely be going back again!

We just returned from a week's vacation at "Cocoa Cottage." The house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed... like a bed-n-breakfast, without having to share. We highly recommend this listing.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. My 3 girls never wanted to leave the pool. Everything about this home was just wonderful. We would definately love to stay again. There was so much to do near-by. Great home, great location! Thank you!!!!

We stayed here for a week in July and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect and the pool and the deck are great for relaxing. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings and watching the roller coaster just across the street. We were also treated to other Hershey Park events from our spot on the deck of Cocoa Cottage, including a Billy Joel concert and fireworks.

Our family had so much fun at this cottage last summer. It was simple, clean, and the best part was the location and the pool. Most nights we just wanted to sit back and relax and enjoy the pool and deck. If you truly want to relax and enjoy family time, this is the place!!
