Built only four years ago: a home to relax and get away, or be in on a multitude of activities. Games and separate game room with gas fireplaces and pool/ping- pong table available. Two living spaces, in main house, for different interests (with hard wood floors), music accessories and two flat screened TVs. Large private outdoor hot tub. Large dining area and solid wood table for family gatherings.
Close to many major ski resorts ie; Northwoods and their new village/ice rink/shopping /restaurants. Close to Historic Town of Truckee and Donner Lake. Two guest passes for access to Trout Creek Rec Center in Tahoe Donner for pool, work out facilities/classes and massage. Also close to trail heads for biking,cross country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Town of Truckee has unique shops, pubs, and dining. Tahoe Donner has it's own restaurant and lounge close to our house.

- No Pets Allowed: mature family dog with $10/night surcharge. This is a possibility pending permission from owner/sorry no cats
- Kid Friendly: lots of games/indoor activities for the winter best for older children ( gas stoves and staircase issues; stairgate at top of stairs only))
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 and older to sign agreement and be present during your stay thanks
