It features an open floorplan from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area overlooking a sunken living room with a moss rock fireplace & indoor atrium. A large, comfortable family room hosts the media center along with an expansive office area. Down a short hallway lie 3 spacious bedrooms all having queen size beds. The master bedroom has a walk in closet & a private bath with a jacuzzi tub.

The home is situated on 1 acre & totally surrounded by open space. In the summertime, water flows through a meandering stream & lush gardens to a waterfall & pond; a serenade as you dine on one of two enchanting patios. The winter brings an abundance of wildlife. Watch the deer & big horn sheep through the large arch windows from the indoor coziness created by the wood burning fireplace.
