This is a very nice 2 Bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. The master and second bedroom are on opposite sides of the home for privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and night stands and a tv. The master bath has a tub and a separate shower. and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and stereo system with bathroom nearby.
The Kitchen and greatroom is completely open to give it a spacious feeling. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a kitchen table with four chairs. Included is a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and small appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer and dryer.
The great room has an entertainment center with nice size tv and dvd player. There is a couch and loveseat with coffee table, and two end tables.
Outside on the patio is furniture and a gas grill. There is a two car garage with electric garage door opener.
While staying at the home you have access to the heated pool and spa. From the pool you have great views of Dinosaur Mountain and the Superstition Mtns The complex is situated around a golf course. There is a clubroom with fitness equipment, kitchen and just a nice place to sit and read. This home is available year round.
