This is a great weekend, week, or long term rental if you like to fish. The fishing out front is great for trout and redfish, and it is less than a mile to a public marina. The beach house is also 1.5 miles to a fantastic golf course, St. James Bay, which is semi-private. There is a Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Work out Facility, Driving Range, also several villas for overnight or weekend stays at the golf course. You will love this golf course.
The beach house has a great large porch with furniture to enjoy the beautiful view and sunsets. It is very spacious, like new, clean, bright and very comfortable. It is on pilings with
parking beneath, and plenty of room to park your boat. There is a circular drive and it is a very deep lot off Highway 98.
SummerCamp Restaurant is also less than three miles away. Carrabelle and Apalachicola are close for shopping and additional dining out.
Charter fishing is available nearby Carrabelle and Apalachicola, as well as Panama City, approximately 50 miles west on U.S. 98, and Destin, approximately 65 miles west on U.S. 98. If you have your own, larger boat for off-shore fishing, arrangements should be made at one of the local marinas, because the water is shallow in front of the house at low tide.
