We have stayed ocean front in the past. We liked the look of this room on the internet so decided to go ocean view instead. This room is a 10. Fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkle equipment, boogie boards and coolers. The interior of the room was beautiful. Very nicely updated with all the kitchen ammenities one would want. We have already emailed the owner to see about going back next year.

We had our first family vacation for my sisters wedding in Maui in September and it was perfect! This condo couldn't have been any better! The pictures don't do it justice. My whole family stayed at this resort and they were all jealous of our condo. We have two small boys so being so close to the pool was a must, but we felt safe with the fence around it that we had to open for them. We went for nightly frog hunts around the koi ponds and putting green. Everything we needed was there for us, even a cooler to take to the beach and googles for the pool!! My husband loves to cook and was thrilled the kitchen was fully stocked. Thank you Kriss for your part in making our trip one we will never forget! Can't wait to return!!

This was our second time in Maui, and our first staying in K101. I cannot wait to return, and loved the resort! Kris was fabulous and very helpful. The pictures on this site do not give the condo justice. Very comfortable and an excellent location. We had three adults staying in the condo and it was the perfect size. This resort is suitable for all ages. The pool is enjoyable, we had a "night swim" every night during our two week stay. The resort is close to the market and fabulous restaurants. Minutes away from lots of great attractions. Maui is definitely my favorite destination, and I am already planning our next trip! Thanks again, this vacation was awesome, even with the Tsunami!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at the condo.Loacation was perfect for what we wanted. You just open up the slider door to the lani and there was the pool, hot tub, and BBQ. and just a short,short walk to the beach. Inside the condo was decorated Maui style we loved it and it had everything we needed in it. boggie board, snorkel (we had to peice together some things,but all was there and we made it work) Our friends had to rent them,both the boggie board and the snorkels. We had a great time and the condo was great. We would stay again and recomment it to freinds and family.

Kristeen thank you for shareing your wonderful condo, location was the best I could smell our steaks cooking from your lani. The boardwalk to Kaanapali was a nice walk, and your pictures of your unit was accurate. We enjoyed sitting on your lani in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the birds, and watching the people walk by wishing they were on the corner ground floor unit. Thank you again we'll be back in the near future Glenn & Jeri Puyallup Washington.

We were so pleased to find this listing at Papakea and once we arrived, it was EXACTLY (if not more) what we were hoping for. The owners have put everything in the condo to make your vacation feel like it is your home. And to have the snorkel gear, boogie boards and so much more included was just a huge Plus. We have been to other places in Papakea or even compared to other resorts and this one is unbeatable. We hope to get the opportunity to stay there again one day.

My husband and I just got home after a 10 day stay to celebrate his 50 b-day the condo was great I do not have words to say just how nice it was.The location is the best on the grounds by far,the people are all so nice you will want for nothing.The picture you see are only half as nice as what it is in person you must go and see it for yourself.It is true paradise !!!!!!!!

We just recently stayed here and the unit was gorgeous! The owners have put alot of thought into the unit. We have stayed in other units at Papakea and this one is by far the best!

I just returned from staying here w/ 2 of my friends for 2 weeks in December and we absolutely loved the renovations. The location to pool, hot tub and beach were perfect. The owners have thought of everything in the condo to accomodate guests. My thanks for a wonderful stay! I look forward to staying at this condo again! Jill

My wife & I celebrated my 50th birthday in late August in beautiful Hawaii for 10 days (our first visit there). Five of these days were spent in Maui at this beautiful condo at the Papakea Resort in the Kanaapali Beach area. We had originally booked our stay at another beachfront resort, and we quickly canceled our reservation when we stumbled upon this site. It was the right decision, as this unit is a true "home away from home." It is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The unit overlooks the pool and ocean as well as the well-manicured resort grounds. The resort itself is very peaceful and a pleasure to return to after a long day of sightseeing and beach hopping. We highly recommend this condo.

After walking around the area and going to the other resorts this resort is by far the best. My whole family, all 14 of us stayed at the Papakea. I stayed in this unit K101. It was by far the best out of all of the places. Everytime we needed something my place had it. Not to mention how beautiful it was inside with all of the upgrades the owners have done. The owners were very accommedating. The first day of our stay the refrigerator went out. They had it replaced within 24hrs as well as compensation for the inconvenience, which was waiting for me when I got home. I would highly recommend this particular unit if you are interested in staying in Maui.
