The Master Bedroom Has a King Bed, Private Bath, HDTV and Access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom Also Has a King Bed, HDTV and Its Own Entrance to the 2nd Bathroom. The Living Room has HDTV & DVR, DVD & CD Player. TV's offer HBO, ESPN, etc. Queen Sofa Bed for Additional Sleeping Arrangements.
Kitchen is Fully Equipped for all of your cooking needs.. This is a Very Clean,Recently Remodeled Non-Smoking Unit.
When you are not on the beach walk, jog or ride under the live oaks on the long paved trails. Play tennis or golf. Enjoy a Day at the First Class Spa. Eat at the Falcon's Nest, Marche Burnette,
or Plae on site. Close to the super market Harris Teeter, Gourmet Gourmet and many shops.
The island has fantastic historic downtown Fernandina Beach which is great for dining out, shopping, book browsing. Walk the marina and watch the sunset. On the north end of the island is Fort Clinch State park and Amelia Island State Park on the south end. Off the south end of the island are Big & Little Talbot State parks. Enjoy a day of kayaking at Little Talbot.
Horseback riding, bird watching, hiking, fishing, and boating. Cumberland Island day trips can be arranged for exploring and picnicking

Best Amelia Getaway Ever!!!

We decided to take a last minute getaway after Christmas to rest, and relax. Of course we had to eat and shop too. Upon our arrival we were excited to find that everything mentioned about the property exceeded our expectations. Pam and Mike were wonderful in providing everything a person could need away from home. We were especially excited to be able to bring our little dogs with us, who enjoyed being able to walk right outside their back door and see the ocean! The king size bed was so comfy and having HD plasma TVs was great. The kitchen was beautifully equipped, and all we needed to get was the food. The location was also perfect, with many great restaurants and plenty of shops nearby. My husband played golf, and the transportation provided at the condos took him there and back which left me with a car! We had previously been to Amelia many times over the last 25 years. This by far was our best experience, and we are very picky. We will definitely be coming back and staying here. Thanks Pam and Mike for a wonderful experience!!!

We loved, loved, loved it! Mike and Pam have a lovely condo that is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal with two young boys and our lab. We had a wonderful week and look forward to our next time:)

My family and I had a wonderful vacation while staying here. The unit was very clean and the views were beautiful. The area was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. Being on the ground floor was nice with young children. We could just walk out to the beach or pool and have some place to keep sand/water toys without having to bring them in. The king size bed in the guest room posed no problem for our 3 daughters to share. Pam and Mike were very helpful in answering questions and they even provided pamphlets with info about things to do while on Amelia Island. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I just spent a week at this condo and it was perfect. We loved the ground floor unit because we didn't have to climb any stairs or use an elevator. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

This is a beautiful, modern condo. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with lots of little extras. The pictures do not do it justice. My husband, my poodle and I stayed here the week before Christmas. We knew it would be cold (it was) so we looked for a nice indoor space with a view. Although, we did spend a significant amount of time walking on the beach. Cold or not, it was too beautiful to stay inside. The owners placed some poinsettas in the unit, so it felt like the holidays. This first floor unit is extra convenient when you have a dog that wants to go down to the beach every five minutes. It is also convenient to everything on the island. We had a very relaxing stay and would stay here again. Thanks Mike and Pat for your hospitality!
