The property is situated at the end of a private lane overlooking a protected cove with unobstructed, southeasterly views of Casco Bay. Low tide exposes a broad stretch of sand, while at high tide, waves lap against the granite seawall. See the sun rise over the islands, watch the wildlife in the cove and the boating activity out in the anchorage.
