This 10th floor Seawind unit was completed in May 2007 and provides indescribable views from the balcony that looks both south, east and west.
The condominium features a master bedroom suite, with a king-size sleigh bed, private bath, walk in closet, flat screen TV, and walk-out access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with full entertainment center including a flat screen LCD TV. The bonus room has bunk beds for the children. The kitchen is very well equipped including stainless appliances and granite countertops and a large laundry and utility room with full size washer and dryer. There are tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with carpet in the living area and bedrooms. The private balcony is well furnished and accessible from the master bedroom and den.
Building amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and a zero entry wading pool with fountains and sprays surrounded by loads of chaise lounges, a state of the art fitness center with big screen TVs and lounge area with a sauna, BBQ grills by the pool area, on-premises security, beach chairs and umbrellas available on the beach.
This condo is in the center of things. Within walking distance to Sea and Suds Restaurant, Hooters is right across the street, the center of town is a few blocks. Golf courses, close to San Roc Cay Marina and Zeke's Marina where you can charter fishing trips, movies, shopping, miniature golf, arcade, zoo, dozens of restaurants, marinas are all very close by. The Wharf is near by with concerts, restaurants, shopping, movies, ferris wheel, golf. Or you may want to stay right there and enjoy the powdered sugar beach at your door step.
From I-10, follow Highway 59 to Gulf Shores. Where Highway 59 ends at the beach, take a left. Seawind Condominiums is 1/4 mile on the right, across from Surf Style Souvenirs and Waffle House.
